Well the furthest North (from where i live anyways :D) im thinking of going, is along the coast, not too far after West Beach - which would be the first photo stop, as such. So i guess when i decide on that exact spot, you "northies":D could meet us "southies" there haha. And then head to, I'm thinking maybe Stirling. I went down there today (or rather UP there lol), and depending on how many cars im gonna have out, i got a couple of places with good backdrops that would look nice to park them BUT that depends, cos if i get too many cars to fit in the spots we can't stop there and i'll have to find another hills spot :D

Annnd thennn go back down through the hills, past Blackwood, past Clarendon, towards Seaford way where I have a few good coast spots again. But no crazy business in the hills haha. I joke ;)

So yeah.

Thats how the cruise is going to rough up to haha.

What do ya guys reckon?

Cheers. :P

lol your referring to West Beach as north? I must be from the deeeeeep north then lol

Haha well i live south, as in Reynella south....and then a couple of people coming live Seaford, so thats even further.

But i guess West Beach isn't tooo North. Bout a half hour drive from my house :D hehe. But still, you Northies should come live here :P

Yeah I'm from the Pt. Noarlunga area, but am willing to drive up North (are we talking... Tea Tree Gully way?)

Haha definately not lol. I live Reynella. And well i guess this has sort of got to be a suitable distance for me, and unfortunately you Northies will just have to come South ha. But as said above, from our South direction, the furthest North we will be travelling wil be not too far past West Beach (coast side of airport)

im just around the corner from you! why is it iv never seen you around here?do you have a different daily or something?

Well the southies won't like the cruise I have lined up.

Hey, just like scandyflick said, its all for a good time. Us southies usually come North for the North cruises, just to meet people i guess and get together with a group of people who are all passionate about the same thing, being their cars of course haha.

But hey! With petrol prices going down, going North shouldn't be as MUCH of an issue now then will it! Haha :P

Yeah but how many north cruises are there? :(

Nah, I'll be out for this if I'm not working. If I can make it I might be able to give someone a lift.

Haha oh really?! Yeah I leave the GTR most of the week in the driveway... and bring it out at nights/weekends. I usually have it parked in some bogan spot like Colonades, the train station or at Autobahn :P

Keep your eyes peeled for a white GTR! From what I know, I'm the only white GTR owner in the South?

Do you drive a wine-red 33?

FYI!! premium unled for $1.69 TODAY!!

Thanks Jack! lol. But wait. isnt tues cheaper day?

Ahhh yeah sounds good. Well im definately catching a lift in a Skyline lol. I don't have a Skyline, let alone an import haha. and i guess it would look rather weird with me in my car surrounded by a bunch of skylines :P Haha.

    • The question then becomes - was there any fluid coming from that hole before you did the rebuild ?    You may not have noticed, of course.   Depending on how you did the rebuild, the possibility has to be considered that somehow (cleaning ?)  fluid entered that hole and is now being 'forced'  out by small movements of the proportioning valve.   From the factory, there's actually a small rubber plug in that hole but with age and under-bonnet heat it's quite common for it to 'go missing'.  That rubber plug is designed to allow the venting process but also to prevent 'stuff' getting to the area (prevent corrosion, etc).   The plug is also not available as a spare part AFAIA. Personally I wouldn't race and buy a new master just yet but keep an eye on the area to see if the 'leak' continues.   If you're concerned about brake fluid damaging nearby paintwork, cable tie a piece of suitable absorbant material over the hole and remove/monitor occasionally.    Operation of the proportioning valve and the brake master itself won't be affected, but also keep an eye on brake fluid level, of course. In terms of a new master, the genuine part is getting expensive, unfortunately.  Amayama is showing AUD900+.   I was searching recently and there's an aftermarket part available from Japan made by 'Parts Assist': https://zenmarket.jp/en/yahoo.aspx?q=BNR32%2bBM50&p=1 Whether it's any good I have no idea, although in my experience Japanese aftermarket stuff is pretty good quality-wise.   The above site allows overseas buyers to purchase stuff more easily from Japan but there are fees and shipping costs, of course.   The original Japanese seller page is here: https://auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/p1197401228 Copper/Nickel is fine but I still prefer bundy tube and it's also cheaper.
