Do it.

They only have to tailgate once and they'll learn :)

oh yeah, and if you are found out by the authorities - prepare an Arsehole the size of a dinner plate and large Russian boyfriend by the name of Ogle.

had one on my old 33 for 6 months or so... woks well.. quick flick of the switch will set of a huge yellow flame... if you flick it on with your foot down big blue flame.... used to be able to set wooded post alight with ease...... not good for the car (although they say its ok)... used to get the occational backfire..... but used to be that loud and pwerful it would cause the car to missfire.... started happening more and more.... got rid of the kit.

Yeah what we'll all do is talk about when we had one but not give any relevant Info..

I'll start with something useful.

Mitch Says: where did you guys get these kits from? How much?

:D

Ask abu, he had one For Sale.

WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF HOW DID I MISS THIS THREAD.

if u want a actual "flame thrower" kit it costs u as lil as 100bux. theyll stick something at the end of ur exhaust which will seriously make u blow flames

lrg-9-lost_in_the_50s_008.jpg

but if ur talkn about those JDM flame poppers.

its the bee*r rev limiter.

both highly illegal, both very fun =D

    • Not sure the US can import anything other than the C34 Stagea's, but if you can and you need to to tow, DO NOT under any circumstances get an M35 Stagea. If it is just as a family car and your country/state allows it, absolutely and definitely get an M35 (3.5L if possible as it is effectively a 350Z) over a C34.
    • Punch your VIN (nm35-xxxxxx) into Amayama.com You can see everything there quite easily.
    • Thanks for that, I'll check it all out. I can always do the brakes last anyway if its a problem.  The 16's are super cool, if they do fit I'll cruise around with them for a bit.
    • Well, that's kinda the point. The calipers might interfere with the inside of the barrels 16" rims are only about 14" inside the barrels, which is ~350mm, and 334mm rotors only leave about 8mm outboard for the caliper before you get to 350, And.... that;s not gunna be enough. If the rims have a larger ID than that, you might sneak it in. I'd be putting a measuring stick inside the wheel and eyeballing the extra required for the caliper outboard of the rotor before committing to bolting it all on.
