Final price drop to $28500 before I start stripping things off it and getting some stock GTR rims to replace the Volks, still open to offers, but will soon be taking stuff off to sell seperately and reducing the price further with less mods.

No not xenons, xenons can't be complied in QLD so when a car comes in with them, they remove the setup and put big stickers in place saying "do not replace the xenon setup"........they are over rated anyway, superbright whites look exactly the same as far as I'm concerned!

dam, needed this to be sale this time next year!! then id be on a "work trip" to come and see it. Clean as car, someone you would think would buy it!!

I've got a few people keen at the moment, but typically at the time when I'm ready to pull bits off, so I'll give them a bit longer to make any decisions before I start stripping, but if anyone is keen on some parts, shoot me a PM, already got some people interested in certain bits.

I know I'd be wanting to pay $28k for this car with some nice goodies on it, as opposed to an average GTR for $3-4k less that you'll then have to spend money on making it nice, but anyway, I think people are just being careful with their money at the moment, which is fair enough, but I do want this gone pretty soon, so I will take certain measures to make sure it sells and am still open to reasonable offers!!!

$27,000

With no carbon wing blade, no clear front indicators, no Trust gear knob, no floor mats, no carbon engine covers, no boost guage..........all stock items replaced where necessary, can remove more items for the right price, wheels would drop it by alot if you don't want them.

damn mate thats a nice looking GTR... looking for one atm..... but im down in Melbourne... Would def be interested for about 23 without those rims.....

I know you said your not interested in swaps but ill be getting rid of my 99 WRX to buy a gtr.....if your interested :merli:

Nah not wanting another performance car, getting back into the old Mazdas, cars that will appreciate rather than depreciate in value :P and stick with a normal small car for a daily.

PM sent re:price

Ive seen this car in the flesh (not that the owner knows me it used to part across from my work in morning side) and id frequently stop and admire. Its one of the nicer r33 gtr examples i have seen in the flesh.

Good luck with your sale mate, dont go overboard chopping it up the right buyer will come along.

this is EXACTLY what i want in a 33 gtr when i get the funds. Midnight purple, bronze wheels, a few carbon touches, only light mods, PERFECT!!!

just keep it until im ready to buy one :D haha

anyway, Free bump!

LOL, seems everyone wants this car in a few years time, why no one wants it now, as is, I don't get, its very reasonably priced....but I'll keep trying, still prefer to sell as is, but have a few keen when its a lot more naked of its bits.

Is this the GTR that used to be (or maybe still is) around the Taringa area? I saw this car several times before I moved over to WA earlier in the year and thought it looked pretty tidy. If you're still wanting to sell it, I'll be back in Brisbane on the 10th of November... Very keen to do some serious negotiations with you, as long as all the bits you've just pulled off go back on :(

Yep, that would be the one, the bits could have gone back on for a price, but at the moment its sold, so those bits will be for sale seperately....will be finalising shit on Monday.

    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
    • Manual boost controllers (where a little of the boost was bled off) were quite common back in the day, because they were cheap and easy. Generally they had a manual adjustment screw rather than being fixed like yours. Down side is they always bleed boost, not just when you want them to so an electronic boost controller that uses a solenoid will have less lag.
    • Hello , im new here and i have A31 home build  RB25det neo stock eng / turbo  aem ems 2 blue connector  aem 3.5 map aem cas disk aem wideband connected to ecu  355 lph pump 550 nismo yellow injectors side feed aftermarket regulator  and won’t start with base aem tuner basic tune eventually flipped cas 180 degree so it triggers on correct stroke not in exhaust cycle  Now it won’t start Wideband reads 10 and 11 at lowest fuel setting  and will share calibrations soon for aem tuner i think something is wrong in aem tuner    please if you have any information, am very grateful
    • Legend. I ended up finding the facebook account of the owner of the first car i sent but sadly he deactivated the account. I think you’re right in saying it’s some sort of well done custom job. Really appreciate your help anyways.
    • Totally equivalent. Stock often goes from the comp cover because that's where the actuator is also installed and the factory needs 2" of hose to make the connection - and it comes as a pre-assembled unit. They totally have a boost reference from somewhere between the turbo and the throttle(s). Oh, jeez. Just do it in M12 then. We don't actually care that much. I would expect any such AN converter fitting to rely on an o-ring or some other seal onto a flat surface under the flange of the hex**, because bolt threads are no intended to provide a pressure seal. unlike..... pipe threads. **which also requires a suitably flat and smooth surface on the turbo's boss to provide the seal.
