You get a D-Jetro PFC.

Your regular PFC is L-Jetro which means it uses an AFM and afm only. You don't convert L-Jetro PFC's to run map sensors.

If you want a PFC that uses map sensors, you buy a D-Jetro PFC.

If your fussed about it, there are other ECU's around that can utilise both. Have a look into VIPEC.

From my understanding and previous knowledge the Wolf V500 has a built in map sensor in the ecu and can be had as a plug in unit.

what do you hope to gain by moving to map sensor?

you have a few options

1) there is no rb25 Djetro PFC so you need to find an alternate model and modify it to work

2) purchase RB26 Djetro PFC and modify it to run on rb25 (has been done before, its documented how, in the PFC FAQ too)

3) purchase and use a HKS Vein pressure converter

4) purchase a map sensor based ecu

its an old outdated product, youll probably find it on yahoo jp auctions

it gets map sensor in and sends signal out in afm format

so in theory, runs map sensor linear scale but in AFM format to the AFM ecu

Is there any feedback anywhere about the wolf v500?

Don't seem to be able to find any, and considering getting one. :S

ya vpc is cool but like 15 years old, i think emanage ultimate allows you to use a map sensor tho
