Round Thing On The Dash

hey everyone, probably a silly question but im sure someone else would be wondering too, on the dash just inside the windscreen on the left hand side is a little round button looking thing. what is it?? what does it do. a guy at work thought light sensor for auto head lights but my car doesnt have auto lights.

well the sun load sensor for the climate control is there so his friend may well be incorrect!

Sorry to hijack your thread, Does anyone do know if there are any kits to run auto lights?

to be honest the auto head lights are to sensitive near sunset. they flick on and off until its totally dark. one good thing was i covered my light sensors so lights were always on, left it in auto and it turns the lights of when u switch the car off ( no flat battery ). i think its good to have your headlights on all the time

The headlight sencer on mine is on top of the dash in front of the driver. As it gets darker the park lights come on then the head lights. To turn them off all one has to do is turn the engine off and open the door at whitch point the interior light comes on and stayes on for 60sec after closing the door.

indeed, the sun sensor for the climate control is on the left, and the auto light sensor is on the right.
