Power Steering Belt Come Off On 25/rb30 Motor

hi

can anyone help me to solve the problem with power steering belt keeps coming off once reach high revs.

also is it good to connect a/c compressor to the motor cos it's dam hot in summer with out a/c

Put the AC on.

As to the other belt. Are you tensioning it?

i've try different tensioning and even change harmonic balance to after maket but still with same result.

people say that a/c on 25/rb30 would cause motor to over heat. will it???

Does not cause it to overheat.

How tight is the belt when you've tensioned it?

have you modified the bracket. as i am pretty sure that it is nesacary to do so. also what balancer are you using. if it is ati they are only for rb26 therefore defently requiring modification to the bracket

i am not sure about pulleys but p/s pump is still standard

balancer is after market got it from japimport. what sort of modify?

Are they aligned right? Ie pulleys are slightly bent etc?

What brand of belt? (poor quality belts will loose tension too easily)

As for A/C, whoever told you that - dont listen to them again

th pulley is about 2mm out of allignment

i try to fix that and got close to align

belt brand is bando i think
