Rb30det Help! Cuts When Wastegate Opens

Ok weve just completed a RB30DET build in a R32,RB25det vvt head,inectors, ecu etc..its got a to4e on 10 psi, racepro wastegate externally vented, racepro bov,rb25det side mount(only to use til front mount is installed) standard rb25det exhaust plumed up was running sweet as for a day or to then starts cutting as soon as the wastegate fully opens,when it happens it fully bogs down in power but its still boosting 10 psi. but some times when it does this it boost spikes between 12-15psi, unsure what rev's were doing as still need to hook up tacho, we have played with the idle mixture screw off the aac if im correct,would that change anything at all? as we noticed if we move it round a bit it seems to get a little better but still not right by far,the wastegate should be fine as we have seen in working on a car not long before we put it on,also it doesnt seem to cut nearly as bad when in a higher gear say 4th and you graduly bring the boost on...its so bad 2nd tho...any help would be much apreciated

Idle mixture screw LOL, must be a carby. Sounds like R&R, or a fuel supply problem.

the problem is that you have a stock ecu. the computer is sensing too much air flow and its cutting the engine out.

the only way to fix it easily is to get a power fc.

also check for boost leaks.
