11:45, county drive at cherrybrook, concreter in a concrete truck yelled out his window that his "mates is better" as i drove by the other way... don't know what hes on about because my car is in near mint condition inside and out and mechanically???? lol i'm just curious what hes mate has anyway, too bad the concreter didn't say his was better, only that his mates is better.....

also I have a mate with a Ferrari, should I scream that out my window aswell????

for the record I laughed untill I got home, all in good fun

Im surprised you could understand what he was saying... Most of the stuff I hear yelled from cars just comes out "AYOURRAAAHHBRGGERR... HAHAHA"....

Actually...most stuff I've heard coming from concreters mouths in the best conditions resembles AYOURRAAAHHBRGGERR anyway... :P

reminds me of the bogans (probably in a commodore I didnt even bother looking at them) who yelled out something pretty much what Jon said, except I heard "Skyline" at the end, when I was stopped on the F3 last Friday :D

Richard i think the point Tom's tryna make his that he couldn't give a f*ck if anyone's car is better then his. im the same too. i see plenty of skylines way cooler then mine, i also see skylines shitter then mine. but that doesnt force me to wind down the window and let someone know how shit there car is. i also know people with ferrari's and porsches - that doesnt make me wanna yell at people claiming someone else car is better then theirs. f*ckin immature. i would have laughed too Tom.

      The chart of front pressure to rear pressure (with one being on the x axis and the other being on the y axis) is not a straight line on a typical proportioning valve. At lower pressures there is a straight line with one slope, and at higher pressures that changes to a lower slope. That creates a bend in the line at that pressure, called the knee point. If you do not change the proportionng as the pressure gets higher, you will suffer excessive pressure (at one end of the car or the other, depending on which way you look at the proportioning action) and then get lockups at that end. The HFM BM57, from my memory of previous discussions, is based on the BM57 from a different car (to a Skyline), with a different requirement for the location of the knee point and the distribution of pressure front to rear, and so is not a good choice for an upgrade on a Skyline. Here's a couple of links to some old posts, one from here, one from elsewhere. A lot of it pertains to adjustable prop valves, but the idea is the same.       Yeah dunno why johhny posted that here with no context, just post on FB/insta bro where he put it up?  Laine had an off at T4 during Thurs prac, he's ok, car is less than perfect, they are done for the weekend, he can fill in the rest. Bando also binned it like 100m up the road.
