The poncams are 260 degree IN/EX 9.15mm lift

if thats definately consider them sold.

Does the throttle body come with TPS etc? I am looking for a throttle body at the moment.

no tps included with the Q45 throttle body Troy

was that front facing plenum originally on a rb25det neo...if so what was it like in regards to idle and throttle response and total output outcome???

plenum is fitted to NEO head. idle is fine, was tuned to idle at 850rpm, over 300kw. Has individual throttle "velocity stacks" inside and throttle response is great with a GT3540.
