DO NOT put those on a skyline!

not even a holden deserves that sort of punishment!

Funnily enough we have someone at work who fitted Paranormal 18# to his commodore. and yes he is a gigantic fag.

They really do scream "no style" like turning up to a black tie function and dragging your arse across the carpet like a dog with worms.

brilliant choice mate, I really wanted those but didn't want to wait...stupid me

This picture is before spacer and 4wd spec, same size and offset = same fit. I got 2 sets of spacers for front and rear but they weren't on yet

I then got the rear guards rolled and the fronts knocked up a bit and lowered on coilovers.

Rears are pretty much perfect, can barely fit a finger in there but I need to get some camber arms because there is a lot of camber

Unfortunately there was barely any camber on the front and I couldn't keep the spacers on as it was scrubbing. Theses photos have no spacers on the front

yer man thats looks sweet to simple but tough i reckon

the problem with gtsts is they aint wide enoguh. and people who say te37 are just fooling themselves....you need good decent offset.

something liek ce28ns are a good choice. i just ordered myself some SSR professors Sp1s.....running samething like 19x11 +5.

you get something like this

my advice....if your keeping your fenders standard....get ce28ns....anything that avoids dish....or progressive spokes....cuz they just look stupid

its no r33 i know but u get an idea of wat is hot

Edited by Jap_Muscle

you CAN fit te37's with good offset on a gtst, you just have to work the guards a bit.... not a widebody kit, just a roll/flare and its done

easy 18x10 +12 fit... and with te's you really dont need any more dish than that

ive got volk racing SE37 rims on my gtst, 18x9.5 rear ad 18x8.5 front, running 235 wide rubber front and rear, i cant remember exactly what offset but there pretty much inline with the rear gaurds (ithink +32 offset?)

im thinkin of putting sum 15mm spacers on the rear to pump them out abit and continue running streched 235 tyres

car is lowered already but it aint that low

gotta get sum pics up soon....love that phat wide look

I wouldn't say 'easy' but I'd say it can be done...

My 18x9.5+22's stuck out a fair bit, but I guess if you wanna stretch some tires on the 10"+12's you could get it happening ..

    • I might be way off the mark here.. there must be a T junction under the manifold. That takes manifold pressure through a check valve prior to the T, one side splits out to this bleed off orifice, the other straight to the wastegate actuators.
    • Carrying out some engine due diligence before my first drive in a 260RS that has been in storage for 10+ years, and found two lines that are susposed to be plumbed into the boost control solenoid. One of the lines (the wastegate boost supply line) to actuate the gates, had a bolt in one end blocking it. The other line (main boost signal line) from the very rear of the intake manifold (RB26DETT) and runs up to the boost controller had this pill in the end of it as seen in photos. Other than the obvious (T28 Ceramic turbos might well be cooked)  Can anyone shed any light on if there is any validity at all with this mod, bleeding a constant fixed rate of manifold boost pressure off through this 3mm hole?  Is it deliberate?  Was this a 90s Jap mod done to RB26's? Or has someone just fitted this without any idea of what happens to ceramic T28s if they are not gate controlled?
    • This looks great! Awesome to have the 5 speed with an LSD in this. The Recaro's look like SR2's or SR3's. It's a shame they've been retrimmed as they would have looked sweet in their original colours. I think I'd want my agent to be a little more up front and informative too. I've never imported but I reckon it would make me a little nervous, so the more info the better.
    • Thanks for doing that Duncan! Makes you a good person in my books. We don't get kangaroos or wombats here. But we have bats and it's similar. AFAIK it's often the mums with a baby attached that get hit because they drop lower when starting from a tree. If you hit an animal, check on it. https://www.ifaw.org/au/resources/wildlife-rescue-app An app to get the closest wildlife rescue contact.
