Slow S13
HI Guys, Fitted my New steering wheel and Hicas Boss kit the other week and now after a bit of driving the HICAS light comes on... Have searched and have seen many threads on the diagnostic side but does anyone know how to actually fix/reset it?? All help appreciated.. I am one of these people who wont drive there car if there is a warning light on the dash, John Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/281310-steering-angle-sensor-reset/ Share on other sites
Moodles2
Try putting the old steering wheel back some A/M steering wheels will mess with the HICAS thingy in the steering column Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/281310-steering-angle-sensor-reset/#findComment-4742361 Share on other sites
Duncan
most likely the wheel is just not on straight. take the wheel back off, drive in a straight line for a couple of meters and put the wheel on straight. if you are even 1 spline out HICAS thinks you are doing endless big circles and throws and error code Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/281310-steering-angle-sensor-reset/#findComment-4743258 Share on other sites
