Hope it isn't for you or your wife mate.

There was a guy that came into my work who deals around employment law and cases (we were all subject to a 1.5 hour course). Will get his details tomorrow and let you know. This guy has his own business and also a Private Investigation business around unfair employment.

Will let you know tomorrow, if I don't post up here shoot me an SMS.

Sorry for the late reply, this is the guy who came in and spoke to my work:

Name: Garside Consulting

Street Address: 627 Riversdale Road

Suburb: Camberwell

Postcode: 3124

State: VIC

Phone 1: (03) 98820875

Good luck :D

Ive Got passed the scare campaigns, I was awarded my job back at the IRC with back pay, not bad for a new member, was just to easy, I wish getting my R back on the road was as easy, talk about pleasure and pain dealing with these things, and good luck to Ziad.

Join a union and let them handle it first before seeing a lawyer, employers shit them selves when the union walk in.

The only way the union have a lot of power is if it is a union work site, there not going to stick there neck out for one person paying $5pw in dues when its going to cost them a few thousand to fight for them.

I have a friend who works at bluescope and have been hearing about all the dodgy things they have been doing to get rid of people and even with all the members that the union have at that site there are still times when the union have no power to do anything.

The trick is you have to have some good people around you or your gone, make sure you keep a diary on any meetings with management and stick to your guns and dont bullshit, (let the management do that) it all comes out in the wash.

Its not for everyone, it just worked for me without the cost of a lawyer and it maybe an option for Ziad, it depends on the workplace as well and the issues at hand, best to avoid altogether if you can, anyway Im going for pizza yum yum!!

OK, after the outcome from today will update.

Unfair dismissal case, clear cut, no warnings etc.

Friends in a few HR depts confirmed the legislation. Called the above company who also confirmed.

Dropped all the details into Fair Work Australia. They confirmed clear cut case.

Conciliation meeting organised.

1 x person who has nothing to lose and understands the case (friend) and victim + 1 x arrogant previous employer + FWA = new arsehole torn, FWA in agreeance and compensation paid.

There is a free website for assistance if required http://www.jobwatch.org.au/

:P

    • They are in fact just nozzles. They are there only to produce a spray pattern and limit flow. The injector itself is what I use to control flow to the 7x nozzles. My old system had no injector and only PWM the pump. This lead to a lot of inconsistencies, and poor atomization at low pressure when the pump was ramping up.
    • With the system, once you drive it for a bit, and before you turn the car off, does the car fix its date and time? When you say the date is wrong, what date does the vehicle think it is, and does it always show the same date? My thoughts from a process driven view is; The system may be defaulting to a standard start date/time. The main reason you'd typically see this occuring, is the system is losing its constant/backup power supply.   If its always defaulting to the same date/time at start up, and especially if it fixes itself while driving, I'd say either the non volatile memory has an issue, or the power supply to the volatile memory that stores this information.   The other thing I'd check is if there is anywhere in the system you can adjust the date and time from. If the date/time is still moving forward since it wished you happy new year, then it is 100% possible the system has just had a bit of data corruption occur, and you likely need to find a way to reset the date/time in the vehicle.
