Hey mate, what is the difference between an ABS unit and a NON ABS unit?

I have got one that came out of a 32gtr which has got BM50 on it, my GTR had abs and i cant see how the master cylinder would operate differently,

one has 3 ports the other 2 ports.

To be clear, the non-abs has three ports; the abs model has two ports.
