sorry for the late reply

i got the brakes running in now

so far done abot 300kms on the weekend

overall impression feels like im driving my evo again when im punching the brakes lol

pretty damn good

pedal still feels abit abit too soft but doesnt feel dodgy though

ill wait and let my bank account recover and spend more money on it later

how much pedal movement before you get them to bite?? more than the stockers i would imagine!

when you buy the new master, make sure the outputs are in the same places as the current one

Sorry to res this thread - but I've got the 350z brembos and want to get all the parts I need before fitting it.

So far, I've got the calipers. I'll get rotors and pads locally.

I've seen the master cylinder on ebay. Does all 350z have the same master cylinder or would brembo equipped z33's have different ones?

Also, brake lines from 350GT needed?

Too bad Danny doesn't come on the forums anymore...PM'ed him but no response >_<

I have Brembo's and my brakes are perfect....you don't need to upgrade the master cylinder.....you will have hassle's fitting the standard wheels though.....you use your brake lines.

P.S. Danny sold his car about 1 to 2 years ago....went to an IS250 or something.pinch.gif

Hmm I'm planning on running 350z Track rims. 18 x 8 +30....would they clear?

Either that or GTR rims...18 x 9 +30....

Hi all,

I've just purchased from the US via ebay a full set of brembos from a 2005 350Z anniversary edition including brake lines. Shipped Monday via UPS. Three boxes in total. One box weighing 45lbs containing the calipers and 4 rotors in 2 separate boxes each one weighing 40lbs. There is a new set of ceramic brake pads included and the existing pads have about 2K on them. According to the seller, all in excellent condition.

I've got Advan T7 18" wheels so should fit with no problems.

Now just got to find the time to install them. What with the sway bars and links from Daleo also. I've got some busy times ahead.

Rosella.

    • @GTSBoy This method was able to get readings of -10 to -2, so it looks like its monitoring.  Now I need to figure out why the vacuum on the line provided isn't alternating with manifold pressure.  I went with 2 lines that an RB25 tuner recommended but I'll get a longer hose and try directly off the back of the manifold.  He may have been used to OEM intake setups while I have a DBW setup that removed the MAF and IACV.
    • I work at a car detailing and tinting shop called Quark which gets all manner of German cars in usually (mainly due to a contract with Mercedes Benz Kita Osaka, BMW Nishinomiya and others) but every once in a while something special comes in, like a fully restored 1972 HS30 Nissan Fairlady 240ZG... The shop owner had immediately started applying film to the windows as soon as it was in the shop so the interior was completely covered in towels and plastic sheets. But I could get a few photos of the engine bay which was restored like new. Such an amazing car to see in pristine condition in Japan these days.
    • Was going to say the car pulls up nicely everywhere, especially going into that last long right hander before the main straight. Looks like a lot of fun.
    • Hey Dave, welcome aboard! Good to see another soon-to-be Stagea owner here. The wagons are awesome — plenty of space, still got that Skyline DNA, and loads of potential if you’re into mods. Definitely post up pics when you get it, everyone here loves seeing new builds. What model/year are you looking at?
