Congrats Cara. You must have impressed. Pity the tax man takes half but think of it as saving until July 2010.

nah more its not what u know its who you know :) hehehe

and yeah i think its like 40c in the dollar they take out? pretty rude me thinks really :D

You would be surprised how many extra square metres the area beyond the boundary adds to the total playing area. We use those oversized tennis balls. Not that easy for one touch ball control for us amateurs.

We just started a new season last week. We lost 2-6 but the other team only had 4 of its regular players and had 2 ring ins borrowed from another team (we were the first game). One of them is the best player in our comp and the other is pretty good as well. Both were better players than the members of the other team and scored 4 goals between them. I think it would have been pretty tight if the other team had their usual squad. I'm looking forward to this season as we finally seem to have a settled team although most are strangers to each other and still learning each others names.

We just have 1 ref - and I don't think he is that great. Occasionally we get the older guy from Marion who I think is pretty good. Don't think we could join another comp though - we are the shit team in ours and have only won 1 & drawn 3 games this year. One spanking a week is enough. Hopefully this will change now that I don't have different players every week.

So what you play is actually called indoor soccer which is totally different to Futsal....Futsal uses a size 4 soccer ball which is heavy as well...allows for more ball control and a lot better game play....you need 5 players to play at marion and div 2, 3 and 4 are not too bad comps....if you get spanked in div 2 then you just get demoted which can be good for the team as you might start winning some games...we are i think 5-6 rounds into our season now so you should think about joining up next season....I personally prefer futsal over indoor soccer and this is my 6th year playing futsal....

andrewjzx100 has the rb silvia

Correct, and it's still sitting here waiting for either A: me to fix it or B: someone to buy it.

Or theres option C; which involves it sitting there doing 5/8ths of fk all until mid next year when I've made a sizeable enough dent in my loans to be able to keep it.

Or theres option C; for me to stop whinging and fix it.

seems pretty obvious to me.

seems pretty obvious to me.

Can't be arsed fixin it. Was keen cause I had a 25 lined up for nothing and my mate to chuck it in but thought about it a bit more and found out more of the little hidden costs to get it up and running and got over it in the end.

It probably is going to sit there till next year cause I've just lost all interest in doing anything to it.

    • Legend. I ended up finding the facebook account of the owner of the first car i sent but sadly he deactivated the account. I think you’re right in saying it’s some sort of well done custom job. Really appreciate your help anyways.
    • Totally equivalent. Stock often goes from the comp cover because that's where the actuator is also installed and the factory needs 2" of hose to make the connection - and it comes as a pre-assembled unit. They totally have a boost reference from somewhere between the turbo and the throttle(s). Oh, jeez. Just do it in M12 then. We don't actually care that much. I would expect any such AN converter fitting to rely on an o-ring or some other seal onto a flat surface under the flange of the hex**, because bolt threads are no intended to provide a pressure seal. unlike..... pipe threads. **which also requires a suitably flat and smooth surface on the turbo's boss to provide the seal.
    • I also used NP   That’s were it’s seems to be the best place to fit it? All schematic shows also that it’s should be referenced from the turbo housing. But idk, I do see high hp cars without any connection or anything to their turbos, so I really don’t know how they connect their things
    • I do have loctite 243 and 246 and a few more models. I could drill it now in place and make new threads for m12 and order an4 - m12 coupling and fit that to the turbo. Run a braided hose to the EBC which I could get a an4 to 1/8npt
    • So M12 and sealant should be fine?    NPT ” because that’s what I had and what I could get atm.
