awesome. just spent 35 minutes on the phone to dtei. transferred to 4 different departments + sapol expiations processing, spent 20 minutes on hold, was told im basically f**ked in regards to my fine, and that they basically flip a f**king coin to determine if you get a warning or a (ridiculous) fine for having your feet on a seat.*

so basically, i lost $135 and 35 minutes of my life on a f**king coin flip.

sweet.

*as opposed to what i was told when my details were being taken, 1 warning, then a fine, recycling every 12 months.
