At work today we had a guy come in who cuts our tree's. Started trimming the tree on the corner which has dead leaves/branches cause it was going onto the foot path and blocking street signs.

30mins into it got a phone call from the council saying someone has dobbed us in and they are coming down to look at what we are doing. Apprently we needed to fill in some paper work for trimming a tree :happy: even tho its on our yard

Could of been fined 20k and the the tree guy 20k, Still gotta fill in paper work.

What a stupid council we have.

Yep – A double degree of Computer Science and Management. This will be my third year of doing the trip to out there. Takes me about an hour from where I live to Mawson one way. Love the days back in first year when I started at 9am and finished an hour later, then the next class was at 3pm for a couple of hours, then a bit of a break starting again at 6pm till 9pm. Awful!

Yeah, that's what my mate was finding too, and he lives a bit further south then you too. Also had issues with 1 lecture finishing in town, and another 1 starting at mawson in 10-20 mintues time.

His name is Vicknesh. I know his family moved away for a few years after he finished school back in 2007, however I believe they rented out the house so they could return at the start of this year.

u kno why luke, its cos its close to the powerlines too...........council get fined as well if the tree guy hits the wires (plus he has to have approval to go near it anyway)

As I just mentioned in the PC Thread, a casual position at my work will be coming available soon. The person will need to know computer software/hardware/trouble shooting/etc - modems/networks/monitors/Os's/etc, sales experience would be nice, but is not essential if your knowledge is good.

i hear Craig is good with computer things, once he get to them they really fly, i should really seek some of that training

the newest dirt circuit racing track that has been slowely been built the last 12 months at truro hada meet and greet with some cars turning laps was great too see........5 yrs on here my car is not spotted once lol yet my mid life crisis sticker is in this vid lol.

I went out there on Sunday for look as i was staying at my sisters place just out of Truro. Looks like great fun, loved the sound of that V8 with the fibreglass body.

If yours was the grey 33 parked near the shed then i spotted it :)

      Started sifting thru my brakes to decide which ones I will run on Clem   Made me think I should just put them all on Silver...for when brake fade just isn't an option   Should be able to bump rotor up from 343x32 to 348x36 off Supra. Not sure if the Supra annulus is right for the Alcons or APs but trying g to find a used Supra\M4 rotor to test fit The Alcons seem to gain 1-2mm clearance which all helps

      So car is getting a few mods to the cage and some jacking points welded in Meantime Ol Silver gets a new gearbox and shiny clutch.  Old Box is being set aside for Clem

      Probably speedometer itself if the odometer is ticking. If the needle is stuck from a bit of grease or something that can cause it to stay at 0. Or a cracked solder joint in the speedometer can do it too.

      Thanks Fella’s   to take this off topic and to elaborate a bit more. I have an rb25/30 going into a r32 GTST.. expected to make around 600-700hp. Would you?   A) R34 GTT box   B) CD00#?  I’ve seen a few posts about the CD swap and sounds fairly involved with making it fit etc but if it’s worth the work then I’ll go that way

      Lower at the hubs. Funny I forgot to mention that part. Do this pull here I turned the camera off too soon but the graph shows a drop at the top and that was because the pipe from the turbo blew off. The tuner said we could’ve made possibly another 15 whp. He also added if I switched to ethanol we could up the boost some more as well. I was comfortable capping it at the most of 20 pounds. Turns out the turbo pipe just needed a new worm clamp. Got home replaced that then did a third gear pull from 3k to 7200 rpm and the power was great to the top. I just got an ecu mounting bracket from IEE that I need to try and get everything to fit well. It’s a PITA to get the harness and ecu fit properly behind that kick plate
