I only use Dulux product and AFAIK they don't outsource, only sell from their outlets. We use mass quantities so get good pricing regardless. Do you stock bag render? What brand?

Render? Jesus! That just reminds me of another job I got for the house! There are days when you'll regret home ownership dude :D

I just realised I have a problem ...

I buy bikes, and I mod them.

I buy cars, and I mod them.

I buy houses, and I mod them :)

I bought a lawnmower and couldn't help but modify that! What sicko modifies a lawnmower?!? I can't leave anything alone :)

That's the good thing about being in the construction industry, I know people so I can get stuff a lot cheaper than the average joe. Give us a holler if you want your place rendered, would come up quite nice IMO

^ probably fairly south of the border, I had 17 x 9 +20 with a 225/45 and it was nice and flush with stockish guards and 3.5 camber all round. Would prob need a bit of a massage if you want flush.

so here i am , sitting at my pc at 4am in the morning and ive started thinking about putting my dented r33 shell to good use as a drift hack...

thinking about putting my whole car into it basically...

just so that i can skid it and not have to worry about paint work getting scratched , panels getting macked in etc etc

sorta missle spec.

should i do it ?

i think im loosing my mind...

I think you should just go hard in the orange one, bugger a trackie.

    • I don't care for these at all, but at least the underside looks straight and not rusty. A good basis for a long life. Many cars from Japan have been lifted with forklifts and f**ked almost irrepairably.
    • Yes, but it's not dumb or dodgy. You can build a perfectly good boost controller from a pressure reg, a relief valve (looks same same as a reg if all from Norgren or SMC, for example) and a check valve. I ran one for years. Only superceded with  EBC because I could get one for cheaps and wanted finer control.   THis mod is certainly not a sketchy boost mod, provided the boost is kept below the "spin to death" threshold of the turbos.
    • With ordering the belt, you're doing water pump and the idler and tensioner at the same time too yes?
    • This is just a dumb way of keeping the wastegate closed to make more boost. Undo it and either follow the factory setup or redo it properly. Manual boost controllers just use a spring preload to determine when to close in response to boost pressure so it no longer vents to atmosphere.
    • So for the wide band is a Bosch 4.9 correct for the Link G4+ along with a Can bus? Just get the Link gear or is generic ok too? Eg here: LINK LINK DIGITAL WIDEBAND CAN MODULE WITH BOSCH 4.9 SENSOR : KYP Performance House
