Well its time to sell the R32 GTR, I have replaced it with the R34 and have no room for both in the garage, After driving the car to get some photo’s of it yesterday this is a reluctant sale, but the wife says it has to go! The car looks so good its very hard to let go, Louie from Exclusive colours has done such a good job it is almost show car quality finish, after it was keyed about 2 months ago. The NEW paint job looks fantastic and is only 80KM old, It makes the R34 look like crap! It is probably the cleanest R32 GTR in Sydney! The interior will not disappoint either, it is in original condition and is also in fantastic condition.

The pics are attached! I will post up a better Eng pic on the weekend

It’s a 1993 Vspec Original! It was confirmed by Nissan

The car produced 317KW @ all four on Croydons dyno.

On purchase I dropped the boost to 14psi and got 280KW at the wheels. The car is very drivable down low and has been commented to be one of the most responsive, with that kick that only a GTR can deliver! The car has been maintained by Unique Auto since its been in the country. I have only ever run Motul 300V comp and was changed every 5000KM

The car has 98,000km on it and has had its 100,000km service done 3,000km ago when the water pump was replaced. I have had the car for the last 2+ years when I bought it from Jap with 78,000km on it.

Yeah super clean r32, and goes damn well.

If only Paul was keen for a supra a swap wouldve been done by now :(

Steve O,

Looks like I had a break through, the missus said I can swap for the R32 for the supra, providing both the supra and I sleep out on the street. I just need to read the supra forum from top to tail to see what its like to sleep in!

I will let you know!

seen this car 1st hand, cleannnnnnn! - and the paint job is excellent! Photos dont do it justice at all!

since you secretly dont want to sell this car Paul i wont wish you luck :P - i guess your wife cant do much if no one buys it! :(

Yeah she is all over that, apparently her motivation to have sex is directly linked to my motivation to move the 32 on! She said it was some sort of girly bond I wont understand?

I think you should just swap Steve's Supra for your missus instead... Win-Win for you... There's always more fish in the sea with Women... :(

Good luck with the sale, beautiful car!

As stated above here are some photo's of the Engine bay taken today.

In addition here are a few other mods I missed.

    • Yes I can see how that would put you off HFM, especially with the price of good quality brake fluid. From what I understand it as you say the BM50 is the standard BMC for a R32 GTR, I must admit I would like to go far a Genuine Nissan BM57, but lack of cash prevents that at present. With the price being so close between the genuine BM50 and BM57 a BM57 New it seems a better choice as you gain that 1/16 bore size with the BM57, I would be interested in how much difference you feel with the BM57 fitted. I am going to take SteveL's advice in the short term and see how much actually comes out of that proportioning valve vent and save up for the Genuine Nissan part. Thanks for clarifying the HFM failure
    • Thanks mate. I just got the post inspection 1/2 done from state roads when the starter motor packed up, either that or the car alarm system is having trouble.  OEM part number 23300-AA112.
    • Hi, I though I was coming to an end in finding a replacement starter motor for a rb25de neo. I came across a starter motor from Taarks and a message below stating: Direct fit. 11 Tooth count. All below part numbers have been superseded to 11 teeth. Can some body shed some light on going from 8 teeth to 11 teeth apart from 36-month / 25,000 km warranty for passenger vehicles to 12 Month Warranty. Compatible with the following Nissan part numbers: 23300-20P00 23300-20P01 23300-20P05 23300-20P10 23300-20P11 23300-AA111 23300-AA112 23300-AA300 23300-08U10 23300-08U11 23300-08U15
    • Low battery? Maybe check capacity? I know first-hand, on BMWs if your battery drops below 80% capacity, it starts causing strange issues.
    • 8.5 +37 = should fit rear, but I think it'll hit on front. What you want is low 30s/high 20's front, mid 30's rear. That 17" screenshot you posted looks good, I'd run it on my R32 (but that's long dead now). For tyre sizes, my rule of thumb is: 8': 235, 9": 255. But that's just my opinion. Nismo sizes: 18x8.5+35/18x9.5+38 is a good starting point.
