Just a note to a VERY FEW new people, as they left the carpark (Ash feel free to edit or delete if i'm out of line)

Nothing our members hate more than dip-shits trying to do burn-outs as they leave the meet. If only you could hear our comments as a few of you left the carpark, i'm sure you would not do it again. If you want to be a "hero", do it away from club members and not at club meets. If we have unwanted attention because of your bullshit, i'll be all to happy to pass on your number plate details to the cops.

yeah thats whats Deca is for, i copped a face full of exhaust from that tool in the s15. :P

didnt see the other idiots leave, as i already left.

Big thanks to Wayne for organizing it, and another big thanks to Ash for taking over as Wayne couldn't make it.

great to see a massive turn out of well behaved skyline-r's

twist's where mad fun, apart from body roll and weight shift haha, but as for bumps and potholes .... stock suspension FTW! and only used half a tank!

I didn't even use a quarter of a tank :P

i think i might of only JUST used a 1/4 :P

oh damn! must be the extra weight the stagea has.

was that you on the CB complaining about the bumpy roads Julz ?

My stag is pretty good on fuel... Have you done dump/front/cat?

Mostly stock ftw. Although with the exhaust mine runs 12PSI untuned and pretty rich, it still doesn't do too badly on fuel.

I had a load of people yelling at me to do a burnout when I left. Do they think I'm stupid?

I used only 1/4 of a tank, shouldn't have filled up at the start lol

I prefered Yarra Blvd over Sunbury to Cambellfield, the roads were a lot smoother, because at one point on the way to Cambellfield, I think my car started bunny hopping for a bit lol :P

Awesome cruise guys and really impressive to see everyone behave themselves too. The trip from sunbury to campbellfield made my realise that I desperately need some upgraded suspension. Body-roll city!

Well done to organisers and fellow members. Was good to meet Charles, Zaver etc and catch up with some of the regulars as well. Can't wait to see some pics.

See you all at the next meet!

Awesome cruise! Good to see old faces and new. :P Really good night apart from getting lost a few times lol, but I realized I need to stop buying cars and invest in some much needed suspension. :P Only used 1/2 tank from the old girl, not bad.

Ash/Ron you can have power and economy

I only used less than a 1/4 tank and you both know my car ain't shy on power ;)

I usually get about 520km to a tank, and that includes either a spirited cruise, DECA day, etc. :(

    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
    • Yeah mate, never miss it.
    • Any going to watch World Time Attack at SMSP this year?
    • Appreciate the correction on the "ground", that will make a huge difference to looking at this. That makes complete sense about AF70/AF71 which is what I had come down to being the issue, one of these. I'll have another look in the ignition wiring when I get a chance next week. I'll also make up a jumper wire for running that AF73 test.  ECU is fine, relay itself is fine, pump harness is fine and the pump itself is fine. I am going to upgrade the Walbro 255 anyway with a DW300 I have since I need to replace the fuel sender and I'm going to upgrade the FPR with my chasebays kit ready for new plenum/injectors/dbw, but I'll get this working first. That's why this is so frustrating.
