Hehehe

No, but some of them on this forum are the biggest nazis ever, its mainly the old farts. Just ignore them. Just find yourself an industrial area and have yourself a ball. Willowbank is in the middle of no-where and you have to drive ages to get there from anywhere in brisbane and plus you gotta get licence and entry fee, and pretty similar story to qld raceway.

:)

go back to serbia

Your an old dickhead you f**k off to another forum.

hahahahha you make me laugh man

how about you bring back my close friends who have been killed but f**kheads like this and ill apologise :)

Mate I didn't kill your friends, and im sure if people were drifiting and doing crazy shit in an idustrial area late at night that wouldn't have affected your friends. Im just sick of people on this forum crying about QLD becoming a nany state, but then come and have the biggest cry on here about everything, they don't even realise that they are creating the nany state. Do you honestly give a crap if some hoon is tearing up his tires in the middle of nowhere.

no i dont give a f**k - i care when people post it on a forum which is kept quite tame

i dont think any of us need that sort of culture to exist on SAU

if you want to go race people go and do it at the track. plain and simple.

There is a difference between rules for the sake of rules, and rules to stop people doing things which are downright dangerous, and kill people.

People driving like idiots/racing/drifting on the street IS downright dangerous, and it DOES KILL PEOPLE. IF EVERYONE STARTED TO REALISE THIS, AND TOOK IT TO THE TRACK, MAYBE THERE WOULDNT HAVE TO BE SO MANY STUPID 'NANNY' ROAD RULES.

The OP asked about "Driving Fast" and "Racing" which are things that should definitely be kept to the track. It doesnt cost that much, is a hell of a lot safer and also a hell of a lot more fun.

If you want to cut a few circles in an industrial estate in the middle of the night, well thats slightly less on the dangerous side, but it's still highly illegal and we don't want to hear about it on the forums, and you certainly shouldn't be encouraging others to do the same.

Mt Lindsey highway near the border region is another of those "you'll fall off the road before you break the speed limit" places.

As for willowbank/QR: if you're to lazy to go out there to race, maybe you've got the wrong car...

I just don't like peoples high and mighty attitudes on this forum, when we all know for a fact that most of us have sped or chucked a little skid here and there, the car is a skyline and is tempting you all the time to have a go. I don't condone the behavior or encourage it, but id rather he be speeding and being retarded in some industrial state then in my local street.

Secondly I think you should have a look at the stats to see how many fatalities are actually due to speeding. The majority of deaths are caused by drug and alcohol related offenses, just everyone take a chill pill. You all go so crazy over a little skid and then you make the biggest deal about how terrible it is that you have your car impounded or eventually confiscated for it. Pick a side, you can't be on both.

he's serbian. it's in his blood to start fights/wars...

Just for your information, Serbia has never started a war, we were always defending. A small point they happen to consistently miss in the western media.

LOL @ this thread and how it's diverted to wars in Serbia........pretty soon you'll be arguing whether Milosovich was hard done by and that his problems stem back to when he was 5 and someone pinched hs marbles!!!

Honestly I don't give a shit what people say, If you look at the thread I wasn't the one who started the whole serbian thing.

i love reading this thread. by the way everyone is rude funny and smart ass in this forum, and also very helpful. i love giving it and taking it (non sexually)

u can do this driving you are talking about on need for speed, but im not sure when in the game you get the skyline. GT is way better and more realistic so i recommend that......

    • The German place in Cabramatta was rock solid, fresh pretzel cooked to order back then. Then it went all quiet, after all the poker machines were removed, then I believe it closed for good. I did drive past the other week and noticed outdoor lighting a big screen, but no idea what is there now.
    • Yeah I suspect even if you hold airmass per cycle/cylinder constant if you get too far away from stock you're still going to have problems running the factory tune within the bounds of the factory load scale. Cams, different displacement/rod ratio, etc. I'm just lucky that the GTIII-SS with wastegate boost + CA compliance cats is pretty much equivalent to stock turbos. When I have actual space I can finally get it tuned and modify the fuel system for flex fuel to 100% handle any detonation concerns when cranking the boost to whatever those dinky turbos can put out.
    • I would say no, why, because my daughter, who also lives in Goulburn, hasn't recommended us going there Pity, as we miss all the German joints around in Sydney, actually, the restaurants are the only thing I really miss about Sydney, and a special mention to Ishibanboshi at Bondi Junction, their Kara-age Don is heart cloggingly deliciousness (always added a special boiled egg...or 2) 😋
    • Does that German restaurant still exist in the old place out the NW end of Goulburn? When I say "out the NW end of"...I am really being vague. It was 1997 when I was last there, and the only point of reference I can recall is that it was on the opposite side of the main drag from the big merino. And when I say "opposite side of the main drag", I don't mean "on the main drag". It was either a couple of streets back from there, or might have even been out in the sticks a bit further. Was an old farm building or mill or somesuch. And when I say "the big merino" I might actually be thinking of a completely different part of town, because I just looked on maps and the big bugger is not where I remembered him to be! The food was good, consisting largely of various German mystery-meat sausage/loaf things and kartofflen.
    • So while the second sentence is completely correct and the whole point of the conversation, the first sentence bears consideration. If this bloke is just hoping to throw big turbos on and drive it around, because there are no helpful facilities at all in his tropical paradise** then he likely has zero chance of even knowing what the TP is on the last column in the stock maps, let alone know whether the ECU is operating anywhere near it or past it. So the point is very very moot. And, per what I said before, at stock boost on those turbos, you may well be off the end of the map. **I'm just back from Vanuatu, so I know exactly what small Pacific nations can be like wrt paradise without requisite facilities. But it's not even that simple. I put a high flow on my car and had to drive it around without a proper tune because of the lack of opportunity*** to put the bigger AFM and injectors into it to allow it to be tuned. I had to turn the boost down to less than I had before, and back off the boost controller's ramp, because it was exploring parts of the map that it didn't drive in before, and really couldn't access for tuning on the dyno either, and so was pinging. It was still well within the last column, because when I first**** set up the Nistune on the Neo I rescaled all axes of the maps to give some more space to explore. ***Family dyno was broken ****This was 13 years ago, and the TIM thing wasn't a thing then and so TP would definitely grow when pushing past the stock tune's limits.
