Oh really :D .....cant say that and not tell me!!!Email please...dont keep me in suspense! :D

What John - baby seats in the back?? :D

PS - Craig told me I had to ring you and convince you to come to Tassie!

please, you mean baby seat! not seats......

Mate, would love to come to Tassie, or anywhere for that matter, but baby comes first (for this year anyway!!)

Just think of all the brownie points I'm earning by missing so many events, surely I can go troppo next year!!

I at Eastern Creek today doing some driver training and have found out the driver for the Sierra Sierra Evo is coming over a week before Superlap for some serious tuition and track time. Looks like money is not much of a problem for these guys :)

That would be right from what I have heard. Just don't tell him too much Bozman.

the o/s guys would have to be raving mad to turn up without having done some track specific testing and practice. I don't reckon it cost them $10 to get the cars/crew/gear/driver here.

Looks like there will be no time to test the car here, just the driver :)

BLACK IS BACK.

This will be the toughest car you will drive on the day Bozman. At least it will be the fastest Zed there, as with this NSX and RX7 I think 3rd would be about best we can hope for. Might be like that Aussie speed skater on the final lap in the last winter Olympics.

    • I know -_- Oddly enough I went to a car show this weekend and not a single person made any mention of Nitrous... I did have to argue with a know it all that was convinced I had an RB26 head with HKS V-Cam as opposed to a regular VCT RB25 head, but what do I know. I think my HKS oil cap was throwing him off.
    • That seems like a lot more work than just using a second jack under a front tow hook to raise it enough to get another jack under it.
    • They're wonderful when only used to lift your car up an inch so a real jack fits under your front lip. Besides that, I've only ever used them on the side of the road.  We call them widow makers here.  Unfortunately, like I mentioned in another post, ramps are not an option for me due to generally working on my car once my kids are asleep. Cold starts, 4" exhaust and sleep rarely go well together. I honestly find using ramps a hell of a lot more work than what I'm currently doing anyways.
    • Yeah, it's getting like that, my daughter is coming over on Thursday to help me remove the bonnet so I can install the Carbuilders underbonnet stuff,  I might get her to give me a hand and remove the hardtop, maybe, because on really hot days the detachable hardtop helps the aircon keep the interior cool, the heat just punches straight through to rag top I also don't have enough hair for the "wind in the hair" experience, so there is that....LOL
