I bought them as i was curious to see if the KTS 6 pots whcih are a Endless knock off are any good. They seem reasonable, well. I am told, as they were delivered to a friend who had a look at them as i am still OS. Told that they look to be on par with the K-Sport gear, are not curved vane rotors. Was going to give them a try, but from what i am hearing i am better of stickign with my original plan of using my 6 pot Alcons :)

Cheap as in, what they cost me which is about what you pay for R33 GTR Brembos :) I think they are the same as what Boxhead runs on his white S14. Not sure they are any better then Nissan Brembos on a 324mm rotor, but they do work out cheaper.

All of the above screams of trying too hard.

Just brake later, turn in harder.

How many rb20 boxes you blown now? :)

I'd only be temped to a good box if it was reeeeel cheap, and i was blowing std boxes left right and centre. As long as I remember Roys anal anaegy i think i'll be right

You need to use the funky chicken dance backwards hand grip like Roy and im sure you will be fine with Boxes

Its all in the reach around. I want a cool kids ghearbox as it will make me feel like a driving god. Who gives a shit abotu how quick you are going. Sure its nice to go quick, but in my eyes my car rocks as it feels like you are going fast, so good enough is close enough to actually going fast. The gearbox will just improve the show...also good practice on how to drive a car with a proper box :)

Look elsewhere, you can get RB20 syncro sets from ~$3400 and dog set for about $5000

oh what, i already ordered 5 sets then and there at the ppg tent :) . I can see why he was so lonly at his tent after hearing his prices

so there are people that make rb20 sets?

Precisely three.

In over 5,000klm of competetive kilometres.

At a few hundred bucks a pop.

I think the sums work out :)

Albins do an RB20 box for about $5.5k

PAR do for $4.6K +gst (about $5K) dunno about Albins, but PAR give you a bunch of options.

Marcus just put a PAR 1st~5th Dog set in the sprinter and im quite amazed, Good value for money.

Thanks mate ill keep them in mind :(

gotta sort out some decent supension and brakes as Im trying to get the car ready for Next years Superlap (see I kept on topic lol)

Aww but who will be my start/finish!!! lol Good stuff Andrew!!

:)

You could buy a 2nd hand hollinger for that much

Pfft if you can find one...

P.s I m looking for if anyone knows where one is! Contact me please :)

the r32 was great fun to drive, i must admit i kept baulking myself with the recent brake issues i have had and the nice big hit at the creek afew weeks ago.

the holinger is superb!! , i borrowed suspension on thursday from beer baron as we didnt have time to revalve and respring the ohlins in the car. ( thanks again mate)

they were much better but with some much grip the sping needed to be nearly doubled. alsoa big thanks to John Pelington for letting us use his shop to rebuild the engine and change it over!

congratulations to all the competitors for some awsome driving and some beautifully presented cars, some of the times are a real credit to the drivers. ( also not many big issues for the speeds etc)

    • Plan on the day will be to park trackside. Depending on space availability we will try put a small shade tent and a few of the cars on top of the hill inside turn 3, this is an easy to get to parking area with views of Turn 2, Turn 3, Turn 4 and Turn 5 and limited other pieces of the view around the track. IMPORTANT NOTE! One consideration from previous years is from memory the trackside parking sells out before the admission tickets, for that reason I encourage anyone planning on coming to buy tickets for parking now via the official website; https://www.worldtimeattack.com/ The type of parking you are looking for is 2 Day Park & View (Access Around Venue) Vehicle Pass Only Please note this does not include admission to the event itself, remember to grab that also, and kids under 12 get in for free!

    • Good time for a carbon roof
    • Not in any way aroused by any of those, except maybe the big AMGs. And that would break my never a Euro, ever, rule.
