these will not come in purple. they are after all EL - which I think rely upon incandescence, so they will be "irredescent blue" or "irredescent green".

think glow in the dark stickers/stars.

if you want purple, the best bet would be purple condoms, or the ones described in the beginning of this thread - but these will light the numbers only.

I spose you could cut clear numbers out of purple plastic and have it purple during the day and glow purple numbers at night.

though why on earth you would want purple on the inside of your car is beyond me....it'd look like one of those bloody martian hot4s wrxs.
