Price is $84,000.00

here it is again if you missed it the first time..

$100,000 spent and 3.5 years of hard work has gone into making this one of the best R34 GTRs in the country. Its super fast, super quiet and super nice to drive.

The key thing to understand with any GTR is that you may save money up front on the car, but they all will require a lot of money to keep running.

My car has had absolutely everything that needs to be done to it done in order to make it completely bullet proof and easy to own.

In fact, all you will need to do with this car is change the oil regularly and service the car as if it were a standard car. The car is built to such a high quality that it will run at this state of tune indefinately.

Currently my car is tuned to 380 rear wheel kilowatts on the Racepace dyno. Tuned by the master, Ben Dirks (Beno). Its awesome !!

The HKS 2.8 Step2 motor was built personally by Ben to offer the best possible level of reliability. I was not specificially after top end power. I wanted drivability and performance and most of all reliability. The entire motor was built from brand new components.

FYI, Any 2.6 engine that runs a standard crank will cause you problems if the power level is 340 rear wheel kilowatts or higher. The standard crank is not counter balanced and when driven hard at high output, will crack the block and wear bearings fast.

The HKS 2.8 is built with a forged lightweight counter balanced crankshaft, billet H Beam rods and the step 2 pistons. The kit is specified to deliver 800HP. Mine is tuned to around 550HP leaving plenty of tollerance for longevity. If you want more power, turn up the boost and timing.

It has a near new Harrop brake kit with 381mm 6 pistons on the front and 343mm 4 pistons on the rear. All lines are custom made dot approved braided steel.

Every suspension component was replaced with top quality jap parts with custom valved Tein RA shocks.

The multifunction display and speedo cluster is NISMO genuine items. 2 grand alone for these.

the list goes on and on. If you start at the very front and work you way to the tip of the exhaust, everything you come across has been upgraded or modified to deliver the absolute best GTR experience possible balanced with the reality of driving on public roads and going to the track and kicking everyones ass. This is the car to do it in ...

Let me know if you want to know more...

Thanks Gohan....

Its been in the garage for 2 years. Thats basically from when all the work was done. It's only been out to go to Superlap in Sydney last year and to Winton this year. Total of around 20 laps which only about 5 were on the throttle...

The rest of the driving is from my place to my mates place in Mill Park.

From what I know, these kinds of engines will run thousands of laps and still give you plenty of driving time for cruising the streets before even thinking about freshening bearings etc...

This one is all new and shiny still. Hasn't been all used up like a 50 year old prostitute. Its essentially a virgin in car terms....

WTF? I don't understand why this hasn't been bought already. Whats the story??

It aint the car......I'm not sure how easy it would be to borrow that amount of money for that car. If it was a shit fighting BMW 1 series you'd have no problem because there is an established market and value for them. If you can't borrow it then you've got to come up with the cash and who has that kind of cash sitting around after all life's other expenses. I guess you could borrow the market value of a stocker and pay the difference in cash? That amount on an import will still not be easy....

I've got 2 R32 GTRs leased through my business and the leasing companies we go through always hit me up with high rates and fees etc as they just do not like lending against this kind of stuff. We lease 30 vehicles and a lot of equipment and still they baulk.

That said, you'll find someone, I just think they might be a rare breed.

Larverly car.....I'd buy it in a flash but I'd have to ditch my wife and family for it....... :)

    • Did you pay with a credit card? I'd be putting a charge back through then finding a new sparky to sort it out.
    • If you mean the alarm immobiliser; theyre internal to the alarm itself which makes that difficult; I couldnt even see where he put it; its not in the same place as last time; but with all black wiring it might be very challenging to trace  I had someone turn the key for me as I know it only primes for a couple of seconds As my post above; I am getting no voltage to the pump at all; but I am testing continuity of the power line (SB) from the pump plug to the relay fine. As well as the negative from the pump plug to a 12V constant.    Yeah; he blammed the no start on a bad battery; said I needed to get a new battery and it'll start. Turns out the battery drained because the tail lights had been on for half the day during the install (the rubber cushion on the brake switch gave out while he was testing it as I have a picture of the car from that morning with the tail lights off..i've replaced that). The battery was turning over the engine just fine for a long time; but got low since lights were draining it so it was too low to test a start after he finished. I bought a new one on his advice...$250 wasted. My original battery charged up just fine and is healthy.    It was running perfectly fine when I messed up the old alarm (programmed out the remotes). He couldnt start it after removing the old alarm; my assumption is that when he unhooked it; he didnt bridge the circuit back when trying to start it. Its always been perfectly fine. The ECU swap and pump were 2 years ago. It's never missed a beat in that time.
    • This is a big issue for me without the diff. I just have zero drive from the passenger side when drivers side has no traction. Bec's parents place has a crazy steep driveway with odd camber and I have never been able to get up. My bro-in-law's 130i with an (unknown brand) LSD gets up fine as does their dad's Hiace. My car stays at the bottom. We have other odd camber roads around here as we're elevated a bit and if it's raining I can get totally stuck around some hairpins.
    • Yeah, I am super excited for this.
    • Was the car running before he touched the car?
