loads of people..... the whole "33's cant drift" thing is just 32 fanboi bullshit... :)

there's a bunch of them in DA for a start

R33s aren't the boats they're made out to be :)

They're not much heavier than R32s and are plenty chuckable.

(OO)SKYLINE(OO): there are some shameless types who drift R33s, the one here drifted straight into a truck lulz. The only unfortunate part was the previous owner was a friend and a very responsible and anal Skyline owner :).

do N/A skylines do skids btw? (without handbrake)

whats wrong with drifting a 33? pretty good for it actually.

why is everyone so negative here.. your blowing it up to be a bigger deal then everyone else.. coulda beena supra or a commodore or a fkn camry doesnt matter its the driver just get over it newsflash hoons exist.

:):P

Argh!

I didn't mean to say it like that.

Was just reading the article at the time and was pissed off and just went off in my post and jumped on bozodos post.

Fuck those young fucks who think their in a Skyline and can do what ever they want.

I guess were all waiting for this one to get crushed under the new hoon laws.

:)

I rather they crush his legs and they auction the car.... Just my 2 cents... :P

If he had injured someone while doing his stupid shit, I would agree with you in crushing his legs.

But luckily no one was hurt.

True tho, auction the car and gets some money back.

If your going to do a burnout outside a school then lose it into a fence while its school time I say crush his legs and do it now.

Why should we wait for him to kill/critically injure someone's son or daughter before action must be taken.

I say treat every situation independently and in this case either chop one of his legs of or crush them both.

Yes its a bit dramatic but what can I say.... -Dont do the crime if you cant do the time- :P

^^^

calm down it was a 40m burnout i think that deserves some credit aside from the time and place rule its rather impressive however given that it made the news it was more likely a second gear chirpe into a fence cos his a hektik knt that cant drive.

Firstly I don't see why you should be giving him any credit at all in this situation.

Secondly chop one leg or crush its hard to decide.

id like to see u pull a complete 40m burnout its a fair effort like i said putting aside the time / place he chose and focusing on the burnout like i said i highly doubt anyone could pull it off in a residential /cbd location

I don't think you get my point.

Nobody gives a damn about a complete 40m burnout simply because of the situation but it seems you do for some odd reason.

Why don't u put some knee pads on and show him how much your impressed about his 40m burnouts :P

Hmm cut or crush the choice is very hard :)

lol @ knee pads ur a retard.

Oh so you don't use knee pads? :P

I just "lol" so hard in the office everyone is looking at me..... haha

Im just messing with you mate nothing personal.

or are u just stereotyping everyone hektik as arab/wog.. bit racist if u ask me :P

That's exactly what I'm saying. Who the f**k says hektik but arabs/wogs? I have nothing against them whatsoever, but I've never seen an aussie that's not trying to act like a wog say hektik. I mean come on, who started saying 'full sick' and 'hektik' in the beginning? Sorry I don't tip toe around stereotyping, I'm just saying what everyone already knows / thinks.

    • @Kapr Haha yeah thats the one. I missed that you had a built up engine, I wouldn't want to run it on there either then. It was good in my situation just to replace the original turbo on a stock engine. @MBS206Yep definitely not a replacement for anything name brand
    • You are selling this? I have never bought something from marketplace...i dont know if i trust that enough. And the price is little bit "too" good...

    • It would be well worth deciding where you want to go and what you care about. Reliability of everything in a 34 drops MASSIVELY above the 300kw mark. Keeping everything going great at beyond that value will cost ten times the $. Clutches become shit, gearboxes (and engines/bottom ends) become consumable, traction becomes crap. The good news is looking legalish/actually being legal is slighly under the 300kw mark. I would make the assumption you want to ditch the stock plenum too and want to go a front facing unit of some description due to the cross flow. Do the bends on a return flow hurt? Not really. A couple of bends do make a difference but not nearly as much in a forced induction situation. Add 1psi of boost to overcome it. Nobody has ever gone and done a track session monitoring IAT then done a different session on a different intercooler and monitored IAT to see the difference here. All of the benefits here are likely in the "My engine is a forged consumable that I drive once a year because it needs a rebuild every year which takes 9 months of the year to complete" territory. It would be well worth deciding where you want to go and what you care about with this car.
    • By "reverse flow", do you mean "return flow"? Being the IC having a return pipe back behind the bumper reo, or similar? If so... I am currently making ~250 rwkW on a Neo at ~17-18 psi. With a return flow. There's nothing to indicate that it is costing me a lot of power at this level, and I would be surprised if I could not push it harder. True, I have not measured pressure drop across it or IAT changes, but the car does not seem upset about it in any way. I won't be bothering to look into it unless it starts giving trouble or doesn't respond to boost increases when I next put it on the dyno. FWIW, it was tuned with the boost controller off, so achieving ~15-16 psi on the wastegate spring alone, and it is noticeably quicker with the boost controller on and yielding a couple of extra pounds. Hence why I think it is doing OK. So, no, I would not arbitrarily say that return flows are restrictive. Yes, they are certainly restrictive if you're aiming for higher power levels. But I also think that the happy place for a street car is <300 rwkW anyway, so I'm not going to be aiming for power levels that would require me to change the inlet pipework. My car looks very stock, even though everything is different. The turbo and inlet pipes all look stock and run in the stock locations, The airbox looks stock (apart from the inlet being opened up). The turbo looks stock, because it's in the stock location, is the stock housings and can't really be seen anyway. It makes enough power to be good to drive, but won't raise eyebrows if I ever f**k up enough for the cops to lift the bonnet.
