It could be the pump or it could be the relay. best to get an auto elec to check it out unless you can find a spare pump easy.

where abouts is the relay located for the fuel pump? i cant find it.

by the sounds of it you fuel pump might have gone mate.....time for a upgrade me thinks :)

there are a few aftermarket ones around.....

r34 has a different wiring stuff thingo (sorry don't know how to explain it properly) wiring socket maybe? but if the dude gives you the wiring stuff as well just need to tap it on your standard one.

are you talking about the whole assembly how the harness is different? or the pump itself? but in any case. a r34 gtr pump will fit , yes or no? lol dont wana be buying something i'll never use

^^ Agreed & going to give you more power potential too.

Also if you get a second hand pump, don't be surprised if you have to pull that bugger out again only 12 months (or 12 minutes) later because it was already nearly worn out.

either pumps are decent upgrades.....i got mine off Habi-bay and it seems to be working well so far....has supported 250 rwkw without any probs

how much does it cost to get a pump fitted? for example the bosche 040 and anyone you recommend?

Most workshops will charge you per labour hour which is normally around the $80 mark.....i had my fuel pump and boost controller fitted for i think $80 and a dyno run to see if it all worked fine and to tune the EBC.....all and all it came up to $80 as it took them roughly 1 hour to do lol...

Call and find what workshops will charge you mate.....

workshops up north: pitlane performance, smooth garage, boostworx, morepowa, fours n more, boosting oz

search them up and call em mate

    • haha don't worry I'm sue you've got more fun ahead buying a 30 year old turbo car....but at least you are in the right place to ask
    • some days eh? The keyless entry and interior light on/off with the key will be controlled by the Body Control Module, but I'm not certain where that is or what it looks like (you might get lucky with a search to get a part#, which could be printed on it). I'd start at the A pillar/ Under dash/kick panel on the driver's side
    • It might be hit and miss, but Nissan Genuine Parts and Pitworks are not the same thing, although both are available from Nissan Dealers with Nissan Part Numbers. Nissan Genuine Parts are the OEM stuff, Pitworks are their attempt to get people back from generic parts makers
    • I did end up getting it sorted, as GTSBoy said, there was a corroded connection and wire that needed to be replaced. I ended up taking out the light assembly, giving everything a good clean and re-soldered the old joints, and it came out good.
    • Wow, thanks for your help guys 🙏. I really appreciate it. Thanks @Rezz, if i fail finding any new or used, full or partial set of original Stage carpets i will come back to you for sure 😉 Explenation is right there, i just missed it 🤦‍♂️. Thanks for pointing out. @soviet_merlin in the meantime, I received a reply from nengun, and i quote: "Thanks for your message and interest in Nengun. KG4900 is for the full set of floor mats, while KG4911 is only the Driver's Floor Mat. FR, RH means Front Right Hand Side. All the Full Set options are now discontinued. However, the Driver's Floor Mat options are still available according to the latest information available to us. We do not know what the differences would be, but if you only want the one mat, we can certainly see what we can find out for you". Interesting. It seems they still have some "new old stock" that Duncan mentioned 🤔. I wonder if they can provide any photos......And i also just realized that amayama have G4900 sets. I'm tempted too.
