Marcus, all I can say is you must be made of money to consider 18's :P

I squeeeze 255's on mine and I think they are 7.5's with 235 on the front. Gives a bit of tyre overhang to protect the rim. I have 20mm boltons and have had no issues so far so I would say just try it out. You can alway flog the gear off later......

thats funny, i have 215's on my 17*9's, they are a little streched tho

and 215's on my 17*8's on the front, also a tiny bit streched

To All,

I might mention that the 911 turbo porche comes out with factory fitted wheel spacers when not using the huge offset wheels, but wanting to have a wide track and filling out the guards. Also out of interest K&A motorsports here in adelaide have been fitting up spacers to gtr's and heavily modded gt's that are running gtr guards or heavily flaired guards, they not only produce spacers of the correct size(and material) but also manufacture their own longer studs and fit them b4 fitting the spacers.Their spacers generally have studs in turn fitted in them (these are large spacers-they bolt on using the oe studs then stud out of the spacer to attach the wheel)They use the longer studs in the oe position when the spacer is too thin to be able to re stud to attach the wheels.

Whilst i dont know the legality of this in the various states,i do know that K&A are an aust reconised race car manufacturer that doesn't take short cuts when it comes to safety.....

Regards,

SKYLINE (Kym)....
