We here at SAU Qld Events are proud to present the next epic day at the Drag Strip-Willowbank on Saturday, 29th May, 2010 :D

Last years success was duely noted & we here at Events:

Kristian aka WAGS,

Noel aka Fineline,

are proud to bring you all another gem atop of our growing list of many things to do for any car-nut who wants to be behind the wheel & bouncin off the limiter-so come have some fun :mad:

No matter if your ride is standard or highly modified you will have a blast when you rocket down the strip :laugh:

Details such as cost will follow shortly & this will be cheap- as cheap as 'toddlls' when it comes to dipping his hand in the skyrocket for mods so dont fret :rockon:

Special note:

* Cars can not run quicker than 11.00 sec

* Bikes can not run quicker than 10.00 sec

* To run quicker than these you will need an ANDRA licence

AH!!! I'm on roster day off BUT I'll be in Singapore for holiday... Damn it. Hope you guys have fun. I'm sure this will be even better than the last seeing it being in winter. I'm sure Noel will be happy and many others!

Yep, trying to score a mid year spot was a mission, but thanks to the behaviour of the crew at the last couple of events we have run there we have been given the opportunity-big thanks Tracey@Willowbank for her support in getting us the booking.

Will be great to see you there too mate

That's great!! The last 2 have been fantastic and im sure the next one won't be any different!! Im hoping to have a new clutch in by then so i can bring the skyline back :)

im gonna race todd, but he has to give me a head start because he has an unfair advantage, eg the rb20

Hmmmmm A 89.4hp R32 RB20DET :D up against a 300awkw R32GTR :yucky: & I have to give you a start??????

-before you go off Bunt's I got a dyno sheet to prove it & you seem to be under some illusion that you will actually have a working car to beat me with :spank: so I am keen as mustard to add you to my stable of bishes :D if your not running by then & are up for it :ermm:

Now that I have shot my mouth off(normal for toddlls I have been told-alot :blush: ) I better pull finger out & fit this Disco Potato I have sitting in my wardrobe onto the beloved precious :laugh:

im lead to believe that the rb20 is FTMFW so you should be more than willing to give a start i would have thought??

At he moment i have a dyno sheet that reads 0hp so it only seems fair

      A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!

      Appreciate the correction on the "ground", that will make a huge difference to looking at this. That makes complete sense about AF70/AF71 which is what I had come down to being the issue, one of these. I'll have another look in the ignition wiring when I get a chance next week. I'll also make up a jumper wire for running that AF73 test.  ECU is fine, relay itself is fine, pump harness is fine and the pump itself is fine. I am going to upgrade the Walbro 255 anyway with a DW300 I have since I need to replace the fuel sender and I'm going to upgrade the FPR with my chasebays kit ready for new plenum/injectors/dbw, but I'll get this working first. That's why this is so frustrating.
