I have no idea nor do i have any interest in finding out, one can only assume that the above picture is the result of a man on acid driving into and up the asshole of a extremely obese Indian after a night at his favorite all you can eat curry restaurant....

but if you want my serious opinion, i think its an r34 4dr modded to fit that body kit (aka car wrapped inside an ass hole)
