I have been dealing with real estate agents for a good portion of the last 10 years buying propety, and only a couple were 'OK' out of the dozens that were sleazy lying pricks.

I have too many stories I care to share but at the moment what shits me is the under quoting of auctions.

Last 2 auctions I went to were advertised as $270-$290k and $330-$360k and sold for $342k and $416k respectively!! About $50k over the advertised price!!! Honest mistake??? LOL

My mates who are also in the property market and I are so fed up with this we are now starting to dob these scenarious in to the relevant bodies. Not that it will help much probably but anyway..

this alr33x guy sounds like a FIGJAM .... typical realestate agent

not to mention he keeps refering to people as 'retards' ... very intelligent form of insult!

Thats his thing, if you dont agree with what he says your a dumb f**king retard, cant argue with stupid so no point replying to him.

In another thread he said that i probably drive a POS and cant afford a decent car, a couple of days later he posted up pics of his car LOL if he is making the sort of money he alludes to in this thread he isnt spending it on his car.

what r u on f*kwit i drive an is250 bought it when i was 22 yehhh .. wana compare i could buy about 8 of your cars or more for the cost of it ? its a total waste of time fk face. Not to mentoin if that black 33 is your shit box ill take my car over that pos anyday of the week. How dumb are you to actually think i drive a r33 for work thats 70mm off the road welded diff big wheels exhaust etc. your a genius chief. While your at id enlighten me what money isnt been spent on my car? given its purely for learning to drift in i dont see what its missing.

Whats your car got? other than fail ride hieght and wheels

jetdat you should dob them in, i dont do auctions but yeh they do actually take it pretty serisosly a few big companies have been done for it.

Thanks for proving my point and making your self look like a tosser.

enough is enough. if you have an opinion, no problem.

but i do have a problem if you insist on attacking every post and taking it on as a battle you feel you have to win

warning level increased and your posts are on moderator review for a set period

let this be a note to everyone else reading this thread

we dont mind if you have a view or opinion, but enough is enough

    • Ah! I actually managed to snag a lightly used set.... that aren't so suitable for me right now. They don't work on a GTT without some cutting or creative heat moulding. I thought about reselling them myself cause I didn't want to murder them, but it looks like I'm probably going to attempt to murder them/melt them because I may as well. @GTSBoy @PranK can somebody close this thread?
    • Hey mate,  I have a set, one is slightly damaged but wont be noticable once installed.  Shoot me a message if your still after them
    • I couldn't wait But, the black constant tension hose clamps were too thick and there wasn't enough clearance at the T/B and I couldn't get it to seat properly, so I had use a silver one there I also added some 3" silicone over the alloy bit that goes through to hole on the radiator support as it looked like it was sitting on the edge of the hole in the radiator support, I never noticed a rattle or anything, but there was a witness mark It is basicly done, and I can live with the silver hose clamp at the T/B, I will get a black clamp for the head vent though where it is attached to the bulkhead fitting  It never stops...LOL, only issue now with the shock tower brace is it slightly touches the under bonnet liner now, if I leave it it will either wear some paint off the brace where it touches, or damage the liner, so I removed the liner to see what I have to work with, with the liner removed I have about 20mm of clearance, but sadly the middle part of the underside of the bonnet is only dusted with paint and looks crap, so I cannot have that, but.... as I have a roll of Carbuilders premium under bonnet insulation in the garage laying around that is only 5.5mm thick (we were going to use it on the boys Patrol, but he crashed the front of it a few months and it was written off, hence why he now drives my old Honda Accord Euro), I'll use the OEM liner as a template and get the Carbuilders stuff fitted up to cover that dusted paint up
    • You have a knack for photography my friend. It makes the 86 look like a complete bucket. The 34 went with you to Europe and back. It's special. (we all feel the same about our 'shitboxes' that every bystander seems to absolutely love)
