Umm cant they import whatever the hell they like in New Zealand too?

Something to do with them having huge numbers of old cars in the 70's so they changed their laws and design rules to mirror Japans. As a result you can get hold or just about anything without compliance.

Russia is great if you have heaps of USD (not roubles!) and perhaps are handy with the firing iron and friendly with the cops.

NZ is going the same way as Aust. in that they too are restricting imports. For what reason, I know not.

The really rich anywhere can do pretty much as they wish. Not a lot of people over there can afford to buy or run any sort of car.

Anyone here in Australia can just go out and order a brand new Lamborghini Diabolo from the local dealer, easy. There are no rules laws, or government regulations or red tape prohibiting you from doing it. No bribes to pay to officials either. Australia is a wonderful lucky country, everyone and anyone can own a fully imported brand new Lamborghini anytime they want.

I will attempt to introduce clarity... Apropos of import - into Russia it is possible to import any automobiles - entire question in the custom-house. Automobiles of up to 3 years - plus 48% to the base price. It is older than 3 years and with the volume of more than 2500 сс - 2 Euro for 1 cс...

Apropos of the automobiles, on which drive the Russians - your photographs do not reflect genuine reality. The eastern part of the country drives on the Japanese automobiles - to Japan to Russia of 300 kilometers. The European part of Russia is filled with expensive European automobiles. Automobiles Mercedes in Moscow it is more than in entire Australia. Much Russian automobiles, but such "broken" are small. Laws for similar auto- very strict - it is not possible to exploit them practically.

Now about the the sport Nissan. I am organizer NISMO CLUB .RUSSIA www.nismo-club.ru . The sport automobiles Nissan it becomes increasingly more, you could see this in our photographs. On 25 January we note 1 year to our club. They appear and Skyline GT-R. I work in the company for tuning of Japanese automobiles "ALTUNING" www.altuning.ru and several such automobiles has already been done.

    • It is a kunfine Android screen . Does anyone know the wirering diagram of the fuga ??
    • just an update to this, poor man pays twice  Tried sanding down the pulleys but it didnt do the trick. Chucked another second hand alternator in the na car which I got for free off my mate and its fixed the squelling. Must have been unlucky with the bearings.    As for my turbo car, I managed to pick up a cwc rb alternator conversion bracket + LS alternator for 250 off marketplace, looked to be in really good nick. Installed it , started the car and its not charging the battery.... ( Im not good with auto elec stuff so im not sure if this was all I needed to do but I verified such by using a multimeter on the battery when the engine was running and I was only getting 12.2v )   I had to modify the earth strap for the new LS alternator , factory earth strap was a 10mm bolt which did not fit the bolt on the LS alternator which was double the size so I cut it off , went to repco bought some ring terminals that fit, crimped it onto the old earth strap and bolted it up to the alternator , started the car and same issue. Ran like shit and was reading 12.2 at the battery.  For a "plug and play" advertised kit thats not very plug and play but alas.  My question is , am I missing something ? Ive been reading that some people recommend upgrading the stock 80 amp alternator fuse to a 140 amp but I dont see how that would stop the alternator charging especially at idle not under load.  Regardless ive pulled it out and am going to get it bench tested by an auto elec tomorrow but it would be handy to know if ive missed something silly or have done something wrong.
    • My wild guess is that you have popped off an intake pipe....check all of the hoses between the turbo and the throttle for splits or loose clamps.
    • Awesome, thanks for sharing!
    • To provide more specific help, more information is needed. What Android screen? What is its wiring diagram? Does the car's wiring have power at any required BAT and ACC wires, and is the loom's earth good?
