im seriously over this topic.

op. u asked the sau ppl there opinion about what wheels to get and we told u.

Cool forum for that..

take the advice or dont take the advice quite frankly its up to u and i dont really car.

Exactly the choice that stands in front of him. And when I don't read a thread I don't care about, I don't post in it.

however, the +12 will look really good where as the +22 will look.....well.....soft. and u dont drive a soft car. it needs aggressive fitment to go with the aggressive nature of the beast (the car)

a tiny lip will not be a physical change on the car, its just rolling the inside up a few mm to make the wheels not scrub.

Soft? Out of interest, what's the stock GTR rim offset? He didn't ask if a tiny lip would be a physical change to the car. In fact from what I interpreted, he does NOT want to modify the body. NOT, NO, NEVER. Looking soft wasn't a focus of his question, but seems to be a focus for you.

if u were set on the +22 before u even posted the topic then y did u ask??

Because second opinions and communication is what makes society move forward.

I came here because I have the exact same question. Well that's only half true, since my question is "What is the largest offset on an 18x9.5" rim that you can use that won't scrub in ANY conditions and you don't have to modify the body to suit the rims?" If everyone's answer was the same as yours, I'd learn nothing.

Good luck with choosing your rim's Nick. Please PM me pics once they are fitted, I won't call you 'soft'.

GUN METAL GTR is spot on . The OP had no intentions of buying anything different than +22 from the start

this thread is a waste .

Not really, if +12's were to fit without lip rolling, he probably would have gone that way. Now that it's been shown several times in this thread that they won't fit without modification to the body, he doesn't want to do it. Exact same position I am in.

Edit: In fact,

I'm hoping to confirm 100% that this size and offset have the concave look too.

^Was the purpose of his thread. It'd be a perfect time for Wasteland fags to start posting up thousands of car pics that suit the OP's question. But no, opinion comes in, one that doesn't relate to the original question. This thread was MADE a waste of time.

Pretty sure all the 9.5 TE's are the concave look? and +22 in a 9.5 will be spot on. Will still allow you to fit wind tyre's. Yes the +12 wud look porn though, but def need guard mods if you want to run wide tyre's.

Damn it will look good, jealous.

I don't think they would need guard mods dude, have seen a few people running 18x10.5's with 265's on 32's.

Mine is a 33 R but similar effect mine are 18x10.5 +12

    • @GTSBoy This method was able to get readings of -10 to -2, so it looks like its monitoring.  Now I need to figure out why the vacuum on the line provided isn't alternating with manifold pressure.  I went with 2 lines that an RB25 tuner recommended but I'll get a longer hose and try directly off the back of the manifold.  He may have been used to OEM intake setups while I have a DBW setup that removed the MAF and IACV.
    • I work at a car detailing and tinting shop called Quark which gets all manner of German cars in usually (mainly due to a contract with Mercedes Benz Kita Osaka, BMW Nishinomiya and others) but every once in a while something special comes in, like a fully restored 1972 HS30 Nissan Fairlady 240ZG... The shop owner had immediately started applying film to the windows as soon as it was in the shop so the interior was completely covered in towels and plastic sheets. But I could get a few photos of the engine bay which was restored like new. Such an amazing car to see in pristine condition in Japan these days.
    • Was going to say the car pulls up nicely everywhere, especially going into that last long right hander before the main straight. Looks like a lot of fun.
    • Hey Dave, welcome aboard! Good to see another soon-to-be Stagea owner here. The wagons are awesome — plenty of space, still got that Skyline DNA, and loads of potential if you’re into mods. Definitely post up pics when you get it, everyone here loves seeing new builds. What model/year are you looking at?
