Power FC on an auto ?

Any of you wise people know if an Apexi Power FC will go OK on a ECR33 auto.

I am just in the process of buying one when it hit me, will it be a no go.

Do a search you wil find a bit on this subject.

I have allready tried it the Apexi will not give the TPS signal to the Auto ECU, so it will not now when to change gears etc.

I have done PFCs and Wolfs on Autos.

Im not going to bother with full ECU for my auto 33

This is my first car and is basically my learning and progressing car, my next car will be manual, and ill go all out then

I have a PFC on my auto R33, and it works fine.

however I have also heard from others (2nd hand) that they tried it and the auto didnt work properly and they had to change back to the factoty ecu.

I'm not sure if mine works because it is a series 1, and I have so far been unable to determine why mine (and some others) work, and yet other people complain that it didnt work.

Is a series 1 4door ECU

identicle to a series 1 2door ECU?

Thanks for the words guys. I have decided best not to chance it and go for a piggy back fuel controller. Greenline just E mailed that Apexi wont run an auto so thats that.

Krone - 99% of the 4 door and 2 door parts are identical. The onyl real difference is the cosmetics to fit in the extra set of doors, and the boot and tail light section.

More specifically to your question, YES the 2 door and 4 door ECU's are the same
