I'm really not chasing the sympathy vote here. I am just publicising my troubles with this man and his company so that others may think twice before committing to purchasing something off him. By doing this it has probably cost me any chance of reaching a favourable solution to this problem but what can you do when the man won't communicate?

May I remind you that I rang you LAST WEEK and said I will be replacing your unit with a new one ?? It would be worthwhile either deleting this thread, or providing an apology, as YOU RECIEVED BOTH THE POWER FC AND HAND CONTROLLER.

Yes, The power fc needs to be replaced, and I TOLD YOU LAST WEEK YOU WILL BE GETTING A NEW ONE.

Please DONT CONFUSE ME BEING ON HOLIDAYS AS ME NOT REPLYING TO YOUR EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS. I was away, I took my fiance away for valentines day.

All he said was you did not reply to his messages. From the information in both your post and his there is no way he could have known you were on holidays.

Seems like a good outcome for all parties concerned is in the pipeline.
