I've seen a few show cars with the full white treatment. Looked good to me, but all a bit of personal taste. It does come up pretty bright and things.

seat retrim in leather would be pretty expensive -- probably around the $1000 mark from what somebody told me.

green dash? just remember you gotta look at it every day so you better like bright green!

Thats why I did some of the other stuff but left that.. was thinking cherry red for the whole dash facia could be a little too much too handle on a daily basis.

na_r33: yeah.. when i buy a new door trim, i was going to play with the old one and see how easy it would be to retrim (at least the insert) myself.

yeah, i think as long as i take my time it should be alright, just gotta get the main headach out of the way first before i start to play with other things, but i dont mind driving with no door trims, i did it for a while when i was originally putting the stereo in, i felt like i was in a race car :D

I SWEAR I am going to kill those stupid Belgians who ever came up with X++ Code, BAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGG! It is illogical, HOW THE HELL can 1+1=3? BAH frik it I'm gonna whore for a bit, nothin like whorin to relaxed my stressed brain!

I dont buy stuff from the truck that stops here, got sick once after eating something, well cant directly relate it to that as I was not feeling the best before, but still, bit paranoid about buying food that is been luke warm for hours..................

I'm with you on the lunch truck ska. The last thing I bought from the Salmonella van was a sausage roll, and it was pink on the inside. I spat out the mouthful I was eating and threw it out. I mean WTF? How do you get a sausage roll to be pink on the inside. I don't want to even think about it. Well, I'm never buying anything from that truck again.

    • I can see between the water jacket and cyl 3 there wasn't a hard line of combustion gas. It certainly appears that the issue is coming from there. Yes, checked the tension. All at 100ft lbs where I set them 5 years ago. These blocks can crack but generally when they have been over bored. Mine is only 0.5mm oversize at 89.5mm. They break between cylinders around the 91mm mark. No sign of that with mine. My gut feeling is the head gasket lifted a while back when the studs stretched and i bandaided it by retorquing the studs. It's finally let go.

    • Yes, but, I paid cash and I'm pretty sure the receipt was in the bin 10 minutes after I got home Note to self, keep all receipts

    • So, version 4 intake is on its way I was looking at these a while ago but at around $200 or more it was a little pricey for something that might not work, but, I had it in my watch list, but, I got a message saying it was on special, and I had a code thingie to use, it eventually came in at $120 delivered, so BAM, BUY NOW.....LOL I'll need to have a look when it arrives but I feel it will "look" better than what I currently have, as it comes with a PCV fitting, so I will be able to get rid of the alloy pipe that goes to the throttle body with the PCV fitting  Well, that's what the voices in my head are telling me  Oh, and this happened today Yeap, it was a Trojan, and it was cheap, so I headed back to the hardware store and actually spent a little bit more on a heavy duty,  one that was actually recommended by a plumber mate, a Cyclone one with a fibreglass handle that is actually rated for clay The broken shovel will eventually be "modified" into a short handle shovel
