A360 Air Filter Won't Fit Properly

Hey Guys,

I know it's a noob question, but A360 (I think Ryco part number) air filter doesn't fit properly into my R32 GT-R standard airbox.

It fits fine on my R31, I had the same air filter on my R32 GTS-t as well (all have standard air boxes).

It seems like the outer rubber bit isn't shaped right, I managed to get three clips on and it seems to be sealed alright, but not 100% confident on it.

The box looked to be straight.

Any thoughts?

Are you sure thats the right filter for your car? Weird coincidence, my x-trail uses the same part number for it's air filter, it'd be pretty strange if it was the same filter for an RB26 and my x-trail lol

Most R32 GTR airboxes no matter what, seem to have the strange problem of all the clips locking down except for one

Yeah I looked it up somewhere and A360 is listed for pretty much all RB engines haha.

I'll see if Nissan have the air filters on next service.

yeah that same filter is used for heaps of cars. even commodores since vls I think.

Anyway....I have heaps of trouble with some brands....the airbox is just a really tight ft

K&N is what you should use.
