18x10.5 would be ideal imo with around +12 - +15 offset

I run 18x10" +15 on my 33 R, would of gone 10.5 but wern't available in that style needless to say they still sit very nice on the car IMO

18x10 +15 above (sorry dont really have any pics that show the fitment properly)

If it were more lower it would look more flush, I've seen it lower and looks a lot better but the car would be a pain to drive as a daily. All I'm using is some adjustable coilovers and doesn't scrub with anything at the moment at this height.

10.5 + 15 should fit ok might get a bit of scrubbing with the inside plastic guards when at full lock, but 34 GTRs have a tiny more bit of room to play with as far as I know.

I love them

Except, i keep getting people asking me things like

"I get the GTR part, thats the car name, but what does FTW stand for? is it: (my two favorites so far) F**k This World or For The Women

And i have a sneaking suspicion that one of the people up the road is reporting my comings and goings to the police, god knows that GTRFTW is a lot easier to remember than your normal alpha numeric plates

nice one mate! yeh i get GTR f**k the world or, my dad is like what is that? GTR f**king twat? lol

those rims should sit nicely same as mine cept it will just be 1CM inside the guards more still will look ace. Love those rims.

Owgas... if you're still wondering how 18x10.5 +15 sit on a GTR, here is mine with those dimensions. Got nervous when it was on the jack cos they stuck out immensely, but once the car dropped and the wheels cambered in, they sat just as I was hoping.

nice car man i need mine that height, how low is it from the ground? like exhaust / front lip?

Ok my wheels are on my car. I get a slight inner plastic guard rub at full lock but that is all. The te37 sl's make car look soooo much more tuff now. Was gonna run the 295/30 but went for 285/35 tyres. The amount of grip I have now since applying the wheels is just superb. Just needs to be lowered a bit more (coilovers coming soon) as the 19's have risen the height of the car. Nevertheless, I'm absolutely impressed with fitment. Wheels sit dead flush with guards so the +22 offset was perfect I reckon. I will post some pics up when i got time :) :)

UNR33L... Mine's on coilovers aswell and the front splitter and Cat are the two lowest points and both sit smack on 100mm from ground. So where I place the wheels on the road when it's measured, will decide on whether it's over or under, it's that close.

But have no troubles with speed humps although the massive front overhang make driveways particularly entertaining. But it's not a daily so no problem. It also rubs very slightly on full lock but only when the ground is uneven and the corner is compressed. Otherwise nothing.

    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
    • Yeah mate, never miss it.
    • Any going to watch World Time Attack at SMSP this year?
    • Appreciate the correction on the "ground", that will make a huge difference to looking at this. That makes complete sense about AF70/AF71 which is what I had come down to being the issue, one of these. I'll have another look in the ignition wiring when I get a chance next week. I'll also make up a jumper wire for running that AF73 test.  ECU is fine, relay itself is fine, pump harness is fine and the pump itself is fine. I am going to upgrade the Walbro 255 anyway with a DW300 I have since I need to replace the fuel sender and I'm going to upgrade the FPR with my chasebays kit ready for new plenum/injectors/dbw, but I'll get this working first. That's why this is so frustrating.
