Yep i had to go for a medical for a Car Dealership position. Its a while ago now - i know i had to pee in a cup but i thought they said it was checking gluclose levels not drugs? Other than that they do a lot of bending your joints etc - making sure you don't have any pre-existing injuries or strains that can later be passed off as 'compo claims' .... oh i got a reflex test as well - you know the one they hit your knee with a hammer ... funny.

All you gotta do to pass drug screens is stop smoking about 3 days before (longer if you can)

then go buy this drink from off ya tree, costs about $80.. its blueberry flavour (:

follow the instructions (gotta drink it an hour before the test, piss 3 times then use your 4th piss)

No worries and good luck!

P.S. I've got a mate who blew the test out of the water.. the maximum acceptable amount is 50ppm but he scored so high they had to use another machine (the first machine only read to 500ppm) and he came in at 1950ppm

That is the current record if anyone wants to attempt to beat it :P

I'd love to get myself tested for fun. I reckon I'd give that a fair run for its money LOL

Yeah cruise sounds like a good plan.

Finding a quiet place to 'meet' is a little hard for 5-10 cars...

Any one willing to donate their house for a post-cruise meet point? I live with my parents so count me out.

Keen as for this, lol

    • Hopefully you can just unbolt them, thank them for their service, then bin them and not replace them Apparently the sensors like to set them off with only minor impacts at low speed It looks like they do a delete kit for some of these, but, it is costly
    • I hope it's actually possible. This is a write off in insurance world.
    • Yup. 2-way with shallow ramp angles. Still works.
    • That was the first session so not a lot to take from the day. It was low 20s ambient and the coolant had got to 110 (and obviously had some pressure!) so that still needs to be addressed. I haven't downloaded the data yet but will. I had refilled the auto trans with Redline DT6 because it claimed the best viscosity I could find at 100o. It wasn't really long enough to get a good feel for that; while the trans got to 100o in the session it still wasn't shifting crisply as I hoped. I think I'll try a few more sessions before judging. No steering motor overheat but I'd hope not in only 1 session! But finally the suspension; it was night and day over the standard stuff and the car was a couple of seconds quicker on the same crappy tyres, which is a huge difference. I'll stick with that and get some sway bars and a mechanical diff sorted too and see how that all goes together
    • I guess it’s partially a compromise of how my car is used, wanting to be able to switch from drift to grip with track side on-car adjustment. Also partially with the way the knuckles are set there is more static camber but less dynamic camber gain.
