MAS Meeting - 2nd March - Girl Promoters/Helping hands

Ok guys.

We need to have a meeting next week to decide the running order of things and work out a roster for people who would like to help out with the MAS Stand this year.

Time: 7pm

Venue: Yet to be decided

1) We need to work out who is actually interested, and when they are avaliable.

2) Female promoters for the two days.

There was a large amount of offers for help etc.

So now you get your chance to come along and be a part of MAS 2004 with SAU-Vic.

There are lots of different areas that need a few people to put thier hands up for.

Venue will be updated and posted within the next two days.

So watch this post, and come along if your willing to donate some time.

The design of the ladies shirts will be a bit different this year too.
