does this mean you figured out what turbo you are going with?

As much as I was against the idea I went back to garret. 37/88 to be precise, bigger turbo that allegedly will still spool rather quickly by virtue of its more modern design and split pulse system.

My sister car is using one on the 26 bottom end and is seeing full noise by 4200 rpm so I am quite confident the 3 litre bottom end will pull it in to line a bit quicker again.

The 35R hit full noise around 3700 rpm so I dont think we'll be too far from that.

Will be interesting if nothing else.
