I have a work colleague that does carbon work and may be able to fabricate some in carbon, I can oraganise a group buy but will need to generate more interest, any1 interested?

get to it man

Got a ballpark price figure, will b about ~$300 + postage, but pricing will lower depending how many buyers there are, so far its just

1. ooskylineoo

2. 75couope

3. ahh 33 s2

4. eiregaus

If had twice the numbers, it will b significantly cheaper :)

Thats just a rough figure from my work colleague guys so dnt try hassling me its not even my pricing lol, if I get more interest ill open up another thread in GB section :),

Spoiler will b PROPER CARBON ..won't be a dodgy fibreglass mash with 1 layer carbon. If goes ahead well be 1 of the very few if not first blokes with it in carbon =D.

Any more takers?

can you get some photos of some of his CF work completed?

How thick would the roof spoiler be in the end? would it be hollow or just a half shell production?

What will he be using to make the mould, need to be sure of final shape.

its still on my car man lols i said might be soon, provided it comes off the back window undamaged which i think it will for sure then yeh i rkn it'll be for sale, stripping parts off this weekend ill keep ya posted bro

$300 lol got mine (non carbon) for like $120..

better off tryin to make an s14 carbon one fit which are like $200..

mine might be for sale very soon :whistling:

$200 for a brand new s14 carbon roof spoiler? where'd u find that from? not 2 mention u hav 2 mod it to fit properly ....I did say it is a rough ball park figure, but as he mentioned prices will drop substantially with more buyers.

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
