how booooooooooooooorrrinnnnnnnnngggggggggg!!!

the police managed to "CATCH" 5 guys that filmed themselves and put the footage on the internet for the public to see, must of been hard..

Add to that they didn't hurt, harm or cause any damage to anyone/thing...

Is this really newsworthy..

Double-digit-IQ behaviour.

In NSW, we have a Code Of Conduct that Members sign off on their Membership Application.

If we could identify a Member doing this, well > 'Curtains'

Does all "chapters" (qld,sa,wa, etc) have this Code of Conduct as well? Or is it just specific to the NSW club? If it is only specific to NSW would it be a good idea to have it implemented across the board?

Yes these guys made a mistake and were idiots. But I just wnat to point out that this was most definitely NOT an SAU:SA event of any variety - just some guy posted up a cruise thread on the normal SAU forums and a few guys went with it. Very stupid move posting video up on YouTube. The guys have been dealt with.

    • Did you take the MX5 for a Blat around the Track at all?
    • LOL, "they said it might be slippery"..... 30 seconds in your off, 60 seconds in white twin backs into the corner That new track looks good, and the Datsun was chopping cars quite nicely
    • I'll get one of these also just for giggles
    • I bought 6 new spark plugs to compare readings. They will be here tomorrow and ill see if meter is far off if it all. I know one is at least reading 0 so its best replace all anyway if one is bad, from experience. I still have to test the harness just to be sure its not a double issue and I waste my time haha-the old plugs are iridium I always thought those lasted more than 50,000 km.
    • If you take the top half of the intake off you can unbolt the flap off the shaft and leave the shaft in there blocking the hole. Then you can remove the little vacuum canister off from under the manifold and get a spare vacuum line to run to the ECU. I can take some photos of it later. Probably best to get the vacuum source to the ECU sorted first though. Mine all worked mint with the base map from the GTT an I've pretty much let the closed loop sort the fueling and took 1 degree out of the whole timing map.
