Hey guys, the guys are on their way to telstra stadium at the moment, should be there around 9.00. They'll prolly hang around for about 30 mins and then make their way over to Liverpool krispy kremes.

They said it's fine if you guys meet them at either place. They might be keen to go on a cruise from there.

We went, a good time was legally had by all ;)

There was a pair of Clio's there that really tore up the place. Rev limiter bouncing to the max thumbsup.gif

I ordered a donut, the nice girl behind the counter said "only one!?" Then she gave me an extra one no charge.

Hehe I'm confused... rgb were you with us? We had an orange Supra, white Silvia, me in the charcoal R33 GTS-T (stock), charcoal R33 GTR V-Spec Series III, johhny443 in the white R33 GTS-T w/ GTR wing, a Ford Fairlane (!) and Ford GT (?) and a black R34 GT-T. Was that you in the R34? Didn't see any Clio's around though?

Looking at you, she probably thought you looked...

a) emaciated and need to put on weight...

b) poor, with not a cent to your name (like the other day)

c) charming when you put on that Canuk accent

Lol, all of the above Terry :)

Yeah Ben, I was in the black R34. I didn't have a chance to talk to everyone.

The Clios were parked at the lookout and they followed us on the way back down. And when I say followed I mean they were overtaking us pinch.gif

I'm thinking about setting up a cruise for Saturday, I haven't really picked a good spot, because I know some of the better roads have park tolls on the weekend. Any good suggestions? I was thinking of running McCarr's creek road, and making a detour to Cottage Point. There's a sweet water-edge restaurant there.

sounds good to me, i will keep more of an eye on this section and hope not to miss the next, thinking about doing that sunday cruise but not sure if im working. late night stuff is best for me :)

    • Hello!  i just finished manual swaping my r34 skyline with a r33 rb20de box(RB71C)box  When the car is running it squeaks crazy loud and it was smoking from the gearbox area. The gearbox is fine it was tested. The clutch slave cylinder seems like it doesn't fully releases the clutch. I want to ask if this noise is from the throw out bearing or could it be the clutch assembly or disk att.xFliq87Gzw6kImKBVqDebXkj0fBqymk0JaYeP3_3SlM.mp4
    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
