Thanks Jase!

SA guys, you all have my mobile number. They're being delivered to the old man's business at Dry Creek, and I'll be about the place Saturday if they're delivered in time.

NSW guys. I have braces in my hands.

Funny enough I got the braces before my rear wing! :P

Pm me with what you want to with pickups.

Victorian ones delivered to me today. Give me a call or pm me if you don't have my number and we can sort something out to collect...

Appears SA delivery is the only one not yet delivered before w/e....

Who'll be first to fit one and report back???

Noticeable on twisty roads.....seems to grip up a little better on wot out if corners.....maybe it sits flatter. Wasn't able to have a good run this morning but there is a difference IMO.

I installed it yesterday on my V35 coupe, and I reckon the car is less twitchy exiting a corner, and far less likely to spin up an inside rear wheel if you get on the gas to early. Mine is standard other than whiteline swaybars.

Now to drill some holes to fit the front brace...

Drill holes? You just need to remove the U shape bracket the holds your cats in place that its attatched to the muffler and attatch the brace with the holes in your front subframe

I think the sedan and the coupe are a bit different, as there isn't a u shared bracket, not physically holes where there are on the stagea/sedan... My old man took a look at it and he works for Nissan. Daleo was pretty helpful too :)

Glenn, let me know how you get on with drilling the brackets, if you need any shims/spacers to assist with mounting; I'll sort you out.

Cheers, Dale.

Why would coupes not have it and sedans/wagons have it, isnt it the same car underneath? Very odd

Not the same underneath.

Example, try and fit a coupe exhaust on your car...

Although I am surprised that these braces won't wit a coupe! Perhaps the underside of the V35 coupe is closer to Z33's than the V35 sedan?

I picked the braces up last night. Mike is picking his up tomorrow and I'm helping Igor fit his Sunday.

Got mine in tonight. Doesn't look like it's going to do a lot where it is, and there is not a lot of clearance between the brace and the Whiteline sway bar.

But I haven't driven on it yet, so lets see how it goes!

    • Don't even try to run it on the stock ECU if you're going to have the boost controller bring boost above ~10 psi. I've already told you that. If you use the Nistune ECU, you will need to CAREFULLY read the available documentation for Neo tuning, and read some threads on the Nistune forums, to discover the various things you have to do to prevent the ECU from going bananas when the boost is too high. The is a table associated with th boost sensor that must be modified to prevent it from shitting the bed. This is just one of the things that you will need to do to the tune in Nistune, because the Neo turbo ECU will be expecting to see a number of things (such as the TCS) that are not there, and you have to block the DTCs on those. It is totally not surprising to me that you are having the problems that you are, but the solutions to these problems have been known for >15 years. So just get it done.
    • Hi. Sry iam not a mechanic and iam not at the car atm so i dont know 100% but they told they measure those and even try to change those. AFM they have two. Coils are new a they have my old one too. Plugs too. ECU...we have 25 NEO stock and Nistune 25 NEO.   But i dont know if any one those could be the problem and why/if/what can cause this, Only thing they did not check is fuel...but that walbro 255 is new(like 1,5 years)... That fuel pressure gauge idk...but i let them know Any suggestions?   EDIT: how can they know if it is like you say he ECU pull power when it reaches a specific boost level that is too high? Tha car has boost controler
    • Can you clarify what you mean by boost cut, do you mean it misfires both when under load (driving) and when stationary and out of gear? Or does the ECU pull power when it reaches a specific boost level that is too high (boost control issue)? Does it occur at idle with no throttle? When you say "the ECU is OK", what ECU is it and why do you think it is OK? Have you used the NEO ECU, and if so do you have a MAP sensor attached? Same for the AFM, why do you think it is OK? Do you have any way to put a fuel pressure gauge on it (even just a mechanical one between the fuel filter and fuel rail)?
