Selling some high quality speakers and amps. This is not cheap shit but niether is it new, priced accordingly.

JL Audio 10W7-3 Bought off another forum years ago. Sub and fitting rings only as the box it was in is a POS. $400

Focal Utopia 165w3 with never used tweets. As per the picture below the surrounds of the other speakers have light damage from previous installations but the speakers themselves are unaffected. These were out of Pyroay's SQ comp winning car a few years back. These are the version before the BE's and were $2000+ new. $400

2 x μ-dimension JR 2.370 I am aware that site is German, not common in English speaking countries it seems. No boxes, however manual etc included. $200 each

- 2 x 125 RMS @ 4 Ohm

- 2 x 185 RMS @ 2 Ohm

- 1 x 370 RMS @ 4 Ohm

Pickup only. Tecoma after hours / weekend or Mulgrave during business hours. If you're inbetween those two I can deliver when I get my car back on the 5th.

IKR! Bargain for such a high quality sub, the purchaser of this sub will not only be well chuffed with their new toy they will also recieve one free "not getting punched in the dick".

Little known fact is that the W7 range are the only subs capable of matching the resonant frequency of womens underwear, blowing them clean off. Convenient as your new hot lady friends will be moist from the sweet, crystal clear tunes emitted by your new Focal Utopias!

Really, how can you afford NOT to purchase these items?

Want to, but rebuild.

still thinking about it though....

damn you and your great items for sale.

Thread update el bitch tittios

Images from testing and some new info. During testing I found I am missing two of the post screws for the Focal blocks and as such they are now $350 because I could not be f**ked going to Jaycar or some screw place to match the thread. However you can be. Otherwise all the speakers work like a charm.

  • 3 months later...

Still available? I'll go $250 on the sub cash pickup tonight, tomorrow or Sunday evening. Or next week if that suits better.

Sorry for the lowball, don't have any spare cash at the moment.

    • Totally equivalent. Stock often goes from the comp cover because that's where the actuator is also installed and the factory needs 2" of hose to make the connection - and it comes as a pre-assembled unit. They totally have a boost reference from somewhere between the turbo and the throttle(s). Oh, jeez. Just do it in M12 then. We don't actually care that much. I would expect any such AN converter fitting to rely on an o-ring or some other seal onto a flat surface under the flange of the hex**, because bolt threads are no intended to provide a pressure seal. unlike..... pipe threads. **which also requires a suitably flat and smooth surface on the turbo's boss to provide the seal.
    • I also used NP   That’s were it’s seems to be the best place to fit it? All schematic shows also that it’s should be referenced from the turbo housing. But idk, I do see high hp cars without any connection or anything to their turbos, so I really don’t know how they connect their things
    • I do have loctite 243 and 246 and a few more models. I could drill it now in place and make new threads for m12 and order an4 - m12 coupling and fit that to the turbo. Run a braided hose to the EBC which I could get a an4 to 1/8npt
    • So M12 and sealant should be fine?    NPT ” because that’s what I had and what I could get atm.
    • Wouldn’t touch par if they gave it to me. You need to ask how much power you’re looking to make and then add about 50% to it because that’s what you’ll end up making  The factory box says no more at about 350kw or so, the upgraded synchro boxes won’t handle much over 500kw for long and at that point you’re looking at an auto or dog engagement manual,  once you’ve gone dog engagement you may as well go sequential, they cost a little bit more but it’s worth it  also while you’re at it you should upgrade the transfer case with 10 friction plates
