chillidawg91
Okay need to replace the coil packs to stop the missfire before I start getting some more mods. Should I go all out and get A: splitfire ones $500+ B: Yellow Jacket $400+ C: Performance coil packs from ebay? $230+ The ebay ones are here. Anyone have good feedback one these? http://www.ebay.com....#ht_1082wt_1102 I just want to know if its worth forking out 500 bucks to solve a problem that a possible $230 set of coil packs could fix. What do you guys think? Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/411060-getting-new-coil-packs-which-should-i-go-for/ Share on other sites

Got a Pulsar
Spend $30 on NGK copper spark plugs first. May well be an even cheaper fix. elysium
I had yellowjackets for a couple years, worked fine on stock power. put in some -5's with supporting mods and started miss firing, must of been close to 300kw. upgraded to splitfires and missfire stopped. now running an easy 320kw without any probs. Dose Pipe Sutututu
Yellow Jackets are decent value, I have them on my car (came with them), but if I were in your shoes, straight to Splitfires. I had them on my previous white fridge and smash through 1.3bar of boost and only had the sparks gapped at 0.8mm without any issues.
