Nistune Ecu + Jump Start = Oh S%#t Did I Just Reset My Ecu

Hey guys as the title states i unfortunately had to jump start my car the other day and with out thinking connected the terminals up instead of grounding on the engine and now my car feels abit slower....

So question is am i imagining it or did i actually just mess up my tune?

The car feels it maybe spooling earlier as well hitting boost around 2k but i do have a vivid imagination. It got a mbc set to 13psi so thoughts...

Its a r34 gtt with a 3' turbo back zorst, fmic, appexi pod and nistune ecu and a standard neo turbo.

I doubt it man. Ive jump started my gtt with nistune and no problems
