Changing Japanese Gps In 370Gt Type Sp

Thinking ahead to the car i'm keen to import my understanding is the GPS Is Japanese and would need to be changed(?) to be of use in Australia. Am I on the right track?

Anything else need changing to be fully functional here? Any thoughts on process, cost, gotchas?

Buy one WITHOUT the GPS . Easier. The system is great to look at but totally useless here.
