9.5 +45 on the front will be interesting, I'm thinking you will need decent sized spacers on the front as well so it doesnt look heaps sunken, may have issues hitting the suspension without spacers as well although im not sure about that

All right I run a 9 +14 on the rear with 3degrees neg camber and rim is out side the guard ,so a 10.5 + 20 with a 7mm spacer is going to stick out 20mm more and have 18mm less clearance inside ???? How's that going to fit? Jet r 31 runs a 9.5 + 25 with a 5mm spacer so they don't fowl his rear coils so that works out to 9.5+20 so yours would have 6mm less clearance to the strut so it would hit and extend 20mm more ?

you 'might' get lucky and get the rear to work with a 7mm spacer (15 would be better to gain you some inner clearance).. below are pics of 18x9.5+0 all round, the car has an s14 cradle fitted (same width as manual stagea) with 3deg negative camber on the fronts and half a degree negative on the rear. the 20x10.5+20 with a 7mm spacer will have the outer edge sitting exactly the same but i've included a pic of the inner clearance i had - which is why i suggested a slightly bigger spacer as the 20" rim in more than likely to foul on the coilover spring seat/spring. with an auto rear cradle you'll be up shit creek.

front will fit with a 25mm spacer, but i'd recommend something like 40mm or so to at least have them match the way the rears will fit.

good luck.

Hmmm, I have r34 gtr wheels on the car now. There 18x9 +30 all the way round, I just assumed the 20x10.5 +25 would sit 5mm less from hanging out the guard, and thought the front would hang out 15mm more. Why is it so confusing? Can anyone here put me onto a good workshop that will make this work? I will just pay cash so I don't have to stress and do manual labour trying different things.

seems you don't quite understand how how offset and width are related, punch some numbers in to this to get a feel for it http://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator

honestly, if you want the simplest option it would be to buy another pair of the 9.5+45's and run 25mm spacers all round.. then the final result would only stick out just over 10mm more than the current r34gt-r wheels you have on your car now.

This is what i have to deal with, rears fit nicely. Hang out abit tho, gonna buy the right tyres for rear soonish.

Fronts i need spacers maybe 10mm to clear the brakes or even 7mm. plus i need the right tyres also, i will be stretching tyres to go on these rims, only option i have really......

took some shit pictures of my brakes on front my apologies.

they suit the red perfectly, but i guess it depends how you define 'fit'. i think you'll still run in to dramas with the rear, more-so the inner clearance - have you checked? only reason i ask is because we've all seen the tell tale marks of metal to metal contact on the threads of rear coilovers in these things from running ~9.5+15 when going over bumps (ie gaining more camber when the suspension compresses) and a 10.5+25 has 23mm less clearance, so those wheels would have to be sitting pretty darn close already..

theyll fit easy with a narrower tyre and some camber. would roll your guards to be safe too

as above, camber isn't an option with the little clearance he'd already have to the rear strut

big +1 on the big brake kit!

    • Yeah well per the video it took 15s for the stock unit to start up....even if I give it a few seconds discount for starting that is at least 12 sec before you get a reverse camera if you are trying to leave a park.  The android unit is way faster, but 2016 for the stock unit is a long time ago in consumer electronics
    • Yea that’s why I said ima test them with multimeter and see the reads.
    • Only at idle. Isn’t a problem when rev it seems.
    • @Haggerty This seems silly to ask, but are you confident in your ability to tune the Haltech?
    • Next on the to-do list was an oil and filter change. Nothing exciting to add here except the oil filter is in a really stupid place (facing the engine mount/subframe/steering rack). GReddy do a relocation kit which puts it towards the gearbox, I would have preferred towards the front but there's obviously a lot more stuff there. Something I'll have to look at for the next service perhaps. First time using Valvoline oil, although I can't see it being any different to most other brands Nice... The oil filter location... At least the subframe wont rust any time soon I picked up a genuine fuel filter, this is part of the fuel pump assembly inside the fuel tank. Access can be found underneath the rear seat, you'll see this triangular cover Remove the 3x plastic 10mm nuts and lift the cover up, pushing the rubber grommet through The yellow fuel line clips push out in opposite directions, remove these completely. The two moulded fuel lines can now pull upwards to disconnect, along with the wire electrical plug. There's 8x 8mm bolts that secure the black retaining ring. The fuel pump assembly is now ready to lift out. Be mindful of the fuel hose on the side, the hose clamp on mine was catching the hose preventing it from lifting up The fuel pump/filter has an upper and lower section held on by 4 pressure clips. These did take a little bit of force, it sounded like the plastic tabs were going to break but they didn't (don't worry!) The lower section helps mount the fuel pump, there's a circular rubber gasket/grommet/seal thing on the bottom where the sock is. Undo the hose clip on the short fuel hose on the side to disconnect it from the 3 way distribution pipe to be able to lift the upper half away. Don't forget to unplug the fuel pump too! There's a few rubber O rings that will need transferring to the new filter housing, I show these in the video at the bottom of this write up. Reassembly is the reverse Here's a photo of the new filter installed, you'll be able to see where the tabs are more clearing against the yellow OEM plastic Once the assembly is re-installed, I turned the engine over a few times to help build up fuel pressure. I did panic when the car stopped turning over but I could hear the fuel pump making a noise. It eventually started and has been fine since. Found my 'lucky' coin underneath the rear seat too The Youtube video can be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uLJ65pmQt44&t=6s
